Shake Shack Harlem

I actually liked this place (despite the somewhat challenging neighbourhood) Great for a getting a quick bite. Burger was freshly prepared and tasty. Staff was friendly. Toilet and sitting area were quite clean.

One of the guys who served me and my friend was really nice and respectful and then later on when I went to use the bathroom, one of the guys who worked there came in while I was using the bathroom and I told him you know you could’ve knocked he said you should’ve locked the door. He didn’t even say sorry he was so rude.

If using tap pay, you can use the kiosk to order...quick transaction. Food was tasty and the lady at the counter was pleasant. Overall, I would go back for take-out...not so much for Dine-In...Its a little dark but that my personal preference. Enjoy🍔

New Korean burger was good I don't like my burger well done so I was happy they made it correctly. Homeless man came in and supervisor with glasses sorry don't know her name was on point she handled it where we weren't bothered and I still got him a burger. Pretty chill vibe. Was fairly empty when I went in, made me go back for more Korean fries. Has the best burgers in the area for its price. Other places around here are burnt or bad quality.

First time eating from Shake Shack, after all of these years. The burgers were good and priced fairly. They are made to order. The restaurant and restrooms were surprisingly clean. Be careful with a few of the locals, though!

This is a great shake shack! Very nice inside- clean and comfortable with a very hospitable and welcoming staff.
I was greeted right away (no line!), my order was ready SUPER quickly. They had an expeditor at the window who brought everyone their orders and made sure they got what they needed. Very efficient and professional

There were plenty of clean tables to eat at inside, or easy to take to go.

Unlike other casual fast food restaurants, this Shake Shack was 100% wheelchair accessible. The manager Howard and supervisor Brianne(a)? were both very kind when I spoke to them, as were all of the employees at this location.

They were sold out of a few drinks (understandable on a hot summer’s day) but I appreciated that they had marked on the menu board so you did not have to wait to get to the counter to find out they don’t have the drink you decided on.

Will definitely be back!
