Food was delicious and didn’t take too long.

Paid 43,917 CLP (AUD ~69 which included a 10% tip
included in the bill) for a chorizo, grilled chicken with salad, 7 Up and lemonade as pictured.

The empanada was ok. The “entrana al paso” sandwich just poor. Cheap meat, cheap fries, cheap mayo sauce, cheap and poor quality bread. Sad that a brand name like this destroys its reputation…

The chicken in the chicken salad is actually good! Super rare. It's almost juicy, whereas most chicken salads have really dry meat. And they give you 4 big pieces of chicken, whereas usually chicken salads are mostly salad with a tiny meager portion of chicken.

Tough meat on the sandwich. For the price, yes it is an airport, but at this price it should be much better.

Excellent! I had no idea why this place isn’t receiving 5 stars. We were a group of 3 and had an incredible dinner - best salad in Chile, grilled meats, wine, and beer. If you are looking for a high quality dining experience especially for dinner at the airport come here!

Review for La Cabrera Al Paso:

I had quite the disheartening experience at La Cabrera Al Paso. Upon my arrival, I was taken aback by the empty ambiance, which should have been a red flag. My interaction with the staff started on the wrong foot when the waiter expressed dissatisfaction with my choice of a four-seater table for myself, pressuring me to move. I stood my ground and remained at my table.

I anticipated a delightful culinary journey, having ordered the medium rare ojo de bife, but what I received instead was a well-done bife de chorizo that was white on the outside, straying far from my request. It's unfortunate that such experiences tarnish the reputation of what is known to be an exceptional Argentinian brand.

This is a solid Argentine-style bbq joint... inside the SCL airport (passengers only, past security). The chorizo is remarkably good, but the Entraña is VERY good. I suggest you eat it at the 3/4 cooking level (Entraña is "gummy" when undercooked, and too "shoe-like" if overcooked. The pisco sour is very nice ;)
