Worst car park and really unreasonable managemnet. The ONE pay Machine didn't work and it's underground so poor signal to download the app.. when eventually downloaded after 15 mins of panic the payment didn't go through. Told them what happened and prepared to pay the 1 hour but now I have a debt collector letter. Also have a video of me trying to pay on the meter. Thanks you are horrid !!

Please avoid the car park. Parking meter out of order, tried to download the app which is difficult in an underground car park, nearly missed my appointment which would have been a fine of £50... eventually downloaded the app and payment didn't go through. Tried to reason with them and also send evidence that parking meter was out of order AGAIN so they can clearly see i tried to pay. Could not upload video when appealing. Now I have a debt collector after me. Horrible people that run this business

Drove in ,tried to purchase ticket but none of the machines accepted cash....I hope they don't try to charge me for not buying a ticket ..this would add insult to injury..

Scammers. Used this car park and got a hefty £100 fine. I was in the car in time and left and was surprised to get a parking notice from Carflow. Apparently they time you from the moment you enter carpark and not when you had chance to pay after parking and ideally you would just ensure you are out by that time. We had a long queue that day and parking space was limited so had a bit of wait prior getting chance to pay for ticket.

Appealing with this reason was no help as they say you are clocked from when you enter and doesn't matter the time on ticket. Ensure you keep the parking ticket for sometime for evidence too.

I now see they have scammed so many others similarly looking at reviews.

Avoid i you miss 1 min 100£ fine

Do not use this car park! My wife used it bought a ticket but did not put car registration in correctly. Now we have had to pay a large fine! I would love to be able to speak to a person regarding this but had to use the automated website. The fact that my email settings thinks there company email address contains spam email means that the response from the company is not seen therefore you do not get a chance to act on there so called good gesture!
