Went in to shop with my kids about a month ago. My daughter wanted a snoop dogg tshirt. They only had 1 shirt with snoop on it that was her size. When i went to pay the cashier asked if I wanted 2 shirts since they were buy 1 get 1 half off. I declined since they only had 1 shirt n my daughters size. After she rung up my items, it seemed high for the final price, I thought to myself boy this store has gotten expensive.
Fast forward to today, im cleaning out my purse and see my hot topic receipt. After looking over it, I noticed i was charged for 2 tshirts but i only brought 1 to buy. Please notice your receipts before leaving since i feel scammed

They dug through their shipments and orders to find the backpack I ordered online. It made my daughter's Christmas! Thank you Sofia!🙏🏼😊

went there yesterday around an hour before the mall closes with my bf but had a weird experience kinda. asian girl with blue hair and piercings kept coming up and only specifically asking my boyfriend if he needed any help and not even looking at me even though i was literally the one buying stuff? i also turned away for a little and she came and talked to him when he was just by himself. I wouldn't have any problem with this if i was at least acknowledged also. we both found it weird and bad customer service because why just ask the male if he needs help? am i not there also? maybe ask her to also pay attention to female customers even when they r with their bfs:) no idea what her intention was but this experience left me feeling unwelcome and because I'm with a guy im not as important. also, the cashier was also kinda rude to me. this location treats customers weird!

Staff very helpful n friendly. Made my visit worthy on my lunch hr.

Great ac kept me cool while I ate my auntie Annie's following my kids around looking at dark clothes made for the young angst in all of us. I don't think they have the apple bottom jeans though, so I had to take away one star. My favorite are the spikey necklaces that keep my daughters safe from vampires 🧛‍♀️

I went inside to spend some coupons. Was so happy with the customer service I received. The associate also checked a tshirt on the wall for me too, and my luck it was the size I wanted. She also helped me order a few items. All this as they were closing. The associate was super patient with me and so friendly. I highly recommend this hot topic. In the end I found out it was the store manager. Very please with this shopping experience.
