Requested an early early morning pick up time, Rami the driver was there before and let me know he was waiting at my convenience. He was polite, quiet, cab was clean, safe driver and even avoided others who were not so safe. Thanks for the nice start to the day!
We have had good service from United during two separate trips to NOLA, 14 years apart. On the most recent one, their drivers were punctual and efficient compared to Lyft drivers who do not know the city and follow sometimes inaccurate navigational apps. Plus, the cost of a United ride tends to be significantly less expensive than Uber or Lyft.
I have been riding United Cab for over 15 years. They may not always be prompt because of busy season but they WILL be there. They also are here for the City, meaning they will favor Service Industry Workers and all other who need to get to work WITHOUT trying to Price gouge you. American Fleet wouldn't take me home unless I paid almost 3X the normal fair because they wanted to Turn and Burn customers. Not United, and THAT is LOYALTY! Thank you United...❤️
Great service. Booked last minute leaving at 3a to the airport because our rescheduled Uber driver cancelled 20 minutes before pickup. Ride literally arrived within 5 minutes.
I recently used this local cab service for transportation and wanted to share my experience. While I appreciate supporting local businesses and cab drivers, I encountered some issues with the service. Firstly, the customer service representatives hung up on me twice, which was disappointing. Additionally, they were unable to provide clarity on whether the cab driver could issue a receipt or explain how ride costs are calculated within town.
Furthermore, I found that most of the cars had a strong smoke smell and were not well-maintained. The ordering system also seemed inefficient, requiring confirmation through multiple calls with both the operator and the driver.
On a positive note, I found the flat rates for airport transfers to be competitive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and customer communication.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the efforts of this local cab service, I believe there are areas that need improvement to compete with companies like Uber and Lyft. With some adjustments, I'm confident they can enhance their service quality and provide a more satisfactory experience for customers.

When I lived in New Orleans in the 80s, United was the only game in town and was reliable then and when I returned in October they may have not been the only game but we're still reliable, timely and each driver was cool and got me there safely. 👍
I called the phone number listed on the website requested a cab. I was also quoted the cost from the website. When I got in the van the driver tried to say that it was state law to charge me $36 flat fee on top of fare. Now that’s crazy when the website advertises a flat rate of $36 for two people. The way that I fussed and was like that’s not what the operator quoted me. Then I was given the correct flat rate .
