My son recommended the company and I want to pas on via this website that they are the best - the individual drivers, the upkeep and operation of the cars, the promptness. What else can we say? Bashir was a fantastic and friendly driver. Our flight out of Portland was cancelled and Bashir helped us out by driving us all the way from Booth Bay to Boston. Would definitely recommend his services!
Bashir was excellent, professional, and very friendly. We went to Boothbay Harbour and didn’t realize the necessity of a rental car to get back to the airport in Portland. Our flight home was cancelled and Bashir drove us to make our train in Boston for a very reasonable price.
If you need a ride to the airport last minute, this company is for you. My flight changed and I made numerous calls to them and they were always pleasant and accommodating. Our driver was on time and very nice. I would totally recommend this service. Got to the airport without a car and was able to relax.
After National Cab Maine dropped my reservation, these guys were available, quick, and super friendly. The driver showed up ten minutes early and the ride was clean. I'll definitely use them again next time I'm in Portland.

Bashir and Portland Cab Airport LLC are very reliable. Bashir arrived more quickly than other cab companies in the area. I have used them multiple times. Bashir also arrived early when I scheduled an early morning pickup for an important trip. Great communication.

Grateful Portland Taxi was able to help at the last minute, when a pre-scheduled ride backed out. Reasonable price for a ride from Old Orchard Beach to Bath, late in the evening. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Bashir was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a cab at 3am on a rainy morning for a ride to the airport at the end of our summer vacation here. He arrived early and even turned down his headlights as to not disturb the neighbors. His car was very clean and it was a very pleasant ride. If we come back for vacation again we will likely be calling him for a ride.
They were wonderful! Confirmed our reservation, picked us up early and right on time to the airport. Our driver was so helpful and friendly. I was traveling alone with 2 children and our driver was thoughtful and so helpful for me doing this alone. We will definitely call on them our next trip.

Bashir picked us up from Portland airport and provided two car seats for my kids. He sent me photos of the car seats before the trip to make sure they’d fit. He waited for us when our flight was delayed and drove safely. Great experience, highly recommend!
This is awesome! We recently stayed in Kennebunkport for a few days and were not aware that there is no public transportation available other than limousines. However, during our stay at the Kennebunkport Inn, they provided us with a card for Portland Cab Airport LLC. They were very responsive, answering all of our texts promptly regardless of the time, and ensured we knew the pickup time and location. When we checked out, the driver was already waiting for us in the lobby. It was truly a 5-star service! We are grateful for their assistance in avoiding a potentially difficult situation. Thank you!
Dispatch told my son he could walk to the mall after calling to get a ride from indian trails to the mall. Very unprofessional and to do it to a autistic 20 yr old is messed up cause he wanted to go see a movie i hope you lose business over this. When i called to ask what happened she said she thought it was a joke told him to walk there himself and then hang the phone up in him. Very very unprofessional

Feel like we were ripped off. Was charged 11.70 for our ride and the taxi was poorly maintained, and run down.

We used a different taxi company later in the evening. Same ride, similar amount of traffic. And the fare was only 8.75. And to add insult to injury the taxi was much newer and much better maintained at the lower fare.
Avoid this company at all costs! Do not recommend.

I am writing this to warn others. Due to an emergency, I called a cab for my daughter to get home from school and I told the operator I would be using my card to pay. There was no mention there would be a $5.00 charge to do so! The cost of the ride for 2.6 miles was well over $22.00 with this charge. If you are thinking of using this cab company I would think twice. I used to be a customer, they lost one today.
They're always on time, and the nicest people! Very nice people, but I want to retract my statement. They charge $5 for credit, the dispatcher sucks!!! The first statement was a month ago. The drivers are great, dispatch n prices are ridiculous!

Hello, I wanted to inform you of an upsetting taxi last night. We checked with the driver on price and showed him the price on the wall before we got in the car. Then he turned his meter on about halfway through we asked why we agreed to the price listed at the airport and he said “I need to make money this is what you will pay”. which ended up being 30$ more than agreed to/ 150% payment. License plate BMY-N10
Great service. I was a little nervous using them for the first time, because I needed a 2:30 AM pickup to go from my hotel in Manhattan to LaGuardia airport. The driver was right on time (actually, about 30 minutes early), and there was good communication by text when he was on his way and when he had arrived at the hotel. The ride to LGA was nice, and he took us right to the terminal. I will definitely use Dial 7 next time I’m in the city. Thank you.
Besides the fact that it looks ridiculous, it still manages to get all those travelers from point A to point B.

I would give this company 0 if it were an option. My car recently broke down. I have been hesitant on going for fear of not getting back. I called for a cab at 850pm on Thursday Sept 8th 2022 was told 20mins. I waited well over the allotted times. I called back and was told he was crossing bridge from Canada eta 10 mins... I waited 20.. called disp. Again..was told he was off the bridge and headed to me .. it was another 30 mins from bridge to mall..I was told by disp it would be approx 35..it was 50... When we got in he said do I need to stop and get change .. I was like I don't have cash was going to use my card .. he said it must be cash..so he insisted on stopping at speedway for me to get cash... Meter ran up $11 just while I ran in to get cash.. after being told they accept cards.. we were robbed by this driver no doubt.. so for someone who needs to stop for change as he earlier stated when the ride first started.. upon dropping us off..he pulls aout a gangsta wad of cash out his pocket....that was just his tactic to get me to pay cash so he could rob me and the cab company in my opinion.

Horrible customer service. Call somewhere else or take the bus, hell, walk! Your chances of getting to your destination are greater than if you rely on this place. I had an appointment set up for months in advance that was extremely important. I called 7 hours ahead of time to schedule the pick up so I would be on time, I scheduled a pick up for 8pm sharp and was assured that someone would be there. 8:07 no cab so I call Me:I scheduled a cab for 8pm they arent here City cab:oh well itll be a while Me:how long? My appointment is at 8:15 city cab: oh way longer than that. Like really?! You couldn't call me and tell me??!! They left me hanging all together and I missed my appointment! Theyre not dependable! Call someone else! Judging from other reviews they are known for no shows with zero heads up. Shameful and down right rude and inconsiderate.
Don't always honor their "timed calls" lately I have been waiting 45-1hr after my pick up time. I understand it's a busy and they wanna squeeze every dollar out of the consumers but this is crazy and disrespectful. I am expected to be on time and it's vice versa. However most of the drivers are nice and polite. I don't know if the dispatchers are the issues it this is motivation for a car.

Some of the 2012 Camrys are starting to show their age, otherwise, a good safe ride to LGA.

D.I.A. to be a better attractional developing area for unique work including small space ship works, perhaps 2nd tier speedway that connect to Denver downtown and other hotspot locations. Maybe solar panels to grown exotic fruits such pineapple, banana, and cocao flower seeds imported from Cuba, Japan, Russian territory, and Brazil have rock back studios from Austuvia in open area
Ordered lamb biryani. Received no raita. Too far to drive back. Lamb was boney. Veggie samosa was good. Chicken korma was good. Average food.
They are very difficult to understand when they articulate.

A 10 minute drive cost us over $30 but the cabby was friendly. It's just the price you pay if you don't want to walk or take the subway.

I could get through to person and was not put on hold. I was able to call ahead and setup appointment. He arrived on time. Pleasant driver and personable. You can see that l have given 5 *.

Easy drop off and pick up. TSA is pleasant and efficient. Variety of shops to check out while waiting. Plenty of signage to help guide you. Up to date decor. Renovated often.
Wish I could give a zero. For the trip from LGA to the city driver was late as he went to the wrong place even though he had flight number. For trip from the city to LGA driver did not show. After waiting 10 minutes I called. Driver had picked up the wrong party. I was put on hold then for another 15 minutes do I hailed a cab to avoid missing my flight. Dial 7 offered a $5 coupon for my trouble🙄. I had used them for years. Service had worsened and now has hit rock bottom. Do not use. They do not care if they mess up.
For years, I have depended on Dial 7 for excellent car service in NYC. The drivers are always professional yet friendly, and it's always a pleasure to ride with them. The Dial 7 mobile app works fine, but the phone call center for customer service is also great if you need to talk to a live person for any reason after making arrangements online - everyone is knowledgeable and nice. Basically, they do everything well and have been doing so for many years. I use other services in other cities, but for me, when in NYC, it's always Dial 7.
These people are great. Prompt, polite, and clean cabs. They are my go to for airport runs and those nights I need a lift home because I was "enjoying" myself to much at the local bar.
We used Dial 7 for the last 3 visits to New York (both too and from airport) and I cannot fault them! The cars arrive quickly/on time and are clean and the drivers are courteous. You are kept up to date via email/text message on arrival times etc and all fares are calculated beforehand (so no nasty surprises!). I would definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future.
I've been using Dial 7 Car Service for some years now and all I have is wonderful things to say about them. The office and drivers are professonal and courteous, the drivers are consistently on tiime, and the cars are clean and comfortable. They are a bit pricey, but worth it not to have to try and hail a cab, and know you'll get to your destination on time, especially in rainy weather.
Dial 7 (used to be Tel Aviv) has been my preferred car service for years. They have always been reliable. The drivers are friendly and accommodating, and the cars are always clean and comfortable. I never hesitate to recommend Dial 7, and am happy to have a service that is always dependable .
Horrible horrible experience. The woman on the phone rushed me off and didn't even take my name, phone number, or full address. She was just rude! I would not risk using them since my details were not even taken down correctly.
