The sheer number of customers resulted in long wait times, both for securing a table and placing an order. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and weren't as helpful or friendly as one might hope. While they processed orders efficiently, they weren't able to provide much personalized service.
Given the abundance of cafes in the area, it's important to consider your priorities. Fresh and high quality pastry, bread and coffee. They have a few tables available as well. I recommend it to anyone looking for artisan breads and tasty pastries. Also you can order especially made cakes as well.

I love the atmosphere of this cafe but unfortunately the quality of cakes has gone down. the chocolates they use are not delicious anymore.

If I wanna be honest with you, vanilla Cafe are just a baeckery for Rich and high class people whose didn't know anything about quality of service and they just want to spend there moneys. The quality of drink's was afuwl and bread's and cakes 🍰 was so so.

I think this Cafe is one the best one in Tehran city. I enjoyed all my order. Traditional Omelet has a same taste as old Cafe. All pastries were fresh and tasty and finally coffee taste was so close to Melbourne coffee (best coffee’s city in the world).

Horrible!!! The guy who helped me first was weird, seemed he was trying to sell something other than pasty . I bought a sour cherry tart, 6 palmiers, a chocolate cake and a baguette. 2 of the palmiers were broken when I opened the box in the car !!! They couldn’t even put the pastry in a box! The chocolate didn’t taste fresh at all…In fact it was too old that gave me food poisoning!!! So I’m not going to buy anything from Vanilla and certainly won’t recommend it to my friends. Hopefully they can improve and not try to sell their old cakes !
