Professional and keep the patients moving through in a timely fashion. The staff are friendly and professional, they have a nice parking lot, and everything is very clean.

This place doesn't even rate 1* as far as I'm concerned.
My niece waited 6 months for an appointment,& she's been coming here for years.
Then she gets notified that they see something & want to take more images.
And now she has to wait 6 more weeks‼️😡😡😡

They better hope this is nothing but a glitch, because otherwise they've some big money legal problems ‼️‼️

Radiologist interpretation of recent thyroid ultrasound found nodules to be non suspicious.Turns out with further investigation and biopsies that they both had cancer.Second opinions should be warranted if not satisfied .Daughter would of been walking around with cancer or worse if her Dr did not pursue additional testing

This place is horrible !
They confirmed my appointment for 1:30 so I went at 1:30
After my breast sono the woman yelled at me and told me nastily that’s my mammo appointment was for 12:30 and that I was an hour late ! I’m never late for appointments especially a monogram appointment!
She said that I was going to have to wait because there were women that got there on time and continued to say “ I’m not arguing with you “ I wasn’t arguing I was telling her that my confirmation stated 1:30 … she was awful I found out later she had to leave and honestly that wasn’t my problem because it wasn’t my
mistake !
She does not deserve to interact with people ! They gave me a thin paper gown to sit in the waiting room because I guess NYU can’t afford a laundry service …. Not to mention they had a basketball game on in the waiting room that’s all for women !
Not that women don’t enjoy a good basketball game but seriously!!!
Thank God the woman who did the mammogram was kind because other than that it was a horrible experience!!! Go into the city !! It’s worth the drive

As I was leaving I spoke to the front desk about the issue and I was informed that this happens often almost everyday and they’re aware of it in the back !!!!!

Margaret and Daisy are the best. I was in Healthcare for over 10+ years and culture makes all the difference… thank you, Margaret and Daisy for making it stress-free during this time and being so understanding. Deeply grateful!

Absolutely disgusting experience. I took my 81 year old mother in law for a lumbar X-ray on 8/25/23. I am aware X-rays are done on a walk-in basis with no appt. However, we arrived at 11:30 and her X-ray was done 1:30. Our wait was 2 hours. There were people for an X-ray before us that were there since 10:45 and by 1:00 were still not seen. The staff said nothing & refused to answer questions about the delay. Everyone was complaining and outraged by the experience. It was clear that no one was doing X-rays till at least 12:30 but the staff said nothing. I will never step foot in Regional again!

Attempted to schedule an appointment for an X-ray and was informed that this was walk in only. Was assured that the wait would be reasonable. Ended up waiting about 90 minutes and when I attempted to speak to them on the phone regarding this later that day, I was hung up on.

EDIT: Spoke to Richard Levinson and he explained the confluence of factors that were unpredicted and out of their control. He will address the hung up phone call with the appropriate department.
