Luis is pleasant, polite and amiable which is immensely appreciated. If that was not enough, his work is amazing - every time I bring in a piece to be framed, he takes his time and discusses the various options. Lastly, he works with precision and you can tell that he loves his work as I literally get a wow effect on every occasion. What is important to state is that Luis was just as professional and amiable on my first visit - and I only had a small piece to be done at the time. Highly recommended
