Fantastic place with great service and the suits are high quality. If you go, would definitely recommend you ask for Aaron. He was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to speak with.
You can also challenge him to guess your suit size, he managed to guess mine from the get go and it fit like a dream!

we met cathy today at toronto premium outlet at your store . she was brilliant help us finding the best shirt ,like we went there many times but did not get that shirt which she find out and helped us to get from another store in vancouver. she is great and best employee of yours.

I've been a BB customer since the last more than 20 years, initially in the US & now in Toronto/GTA.
Ever since their factory outlet came up in Toronto premium Outlet Mall (Halton Hills), it's been our preferred store (the merchandise is similar but not the same as their retail outlets in downtown Toronto).
Ms. Saira, the Assistant Store manager at this TPO, Halton Hills location is an experienced hand. She has always been helpful, courteous & efficient. I must acknowledge the high level of customer service that we've always received from her. This remarkably adds, to yet another reason, of me & my family, being their customers at this store. Keep up the good work Saira!

I was in the shop today to exchange a wrongly taken size but I was told that it was final sale which was written in small letter in the receipt .
The sales person Uday who handled this was very rude and didn’t show any empathy , in fact he used the word ‘ that is the way out for you ‘ which is as good as get out of the store and when asked his name , he said I could write any review about his behavior and nothing will happen and in fact he said if it is not the store he would have handle me differently - he acted like a bouncer ( not fit for customer service job)
I am customer with BB for over a decade but decided not to go to this store any more
He also said taking return or exchange is not good for company - least respect for the customers
I hope well reputed store like BB have sales staff who are empathetical, respectful and use polite words with customers rather than threatening the customers
I also noticed that sales associates don’t even mention that it is final sale ( which is a norm other stores or have ‘final sale ‘stamp on the receipt … I hope they follow this simple suggestion to avoid these kind of confusion ) sales person also informed that taking returns is not good for company 🤔🤔
I hope the store management shows some empathy and address my concern, train their staff before staffing them in customer facing jobs - I don’t want any body else to go through this experience

This store is full of racists and we just had the worst shopping experience. No wonder the store is empty all the time. The store associate Muhammad H purposely ignored us even though we were lining up in front of the fitting room. He skipped us to help some other people by skipping us and we ended up with finding a fitting room by ourselves. When we checked out, we were standing in the line waiting for check out, but he skipped us again to help another customer. After he served the other person, I asked him why he ignored us, he said "I did not see you" even though I was standing in the line right in front of the cashier desk. He does not feel he did anything wrong with his worst attitude. This store is apparently fully of non-professional salespersons and none of them is properly trained. The store is a mess with clothes spreading everywhere. Bad layout and worst customer service are eventually going to make them fail. Very disappointed and I definitely do not suggest anyone to visit this store unless you need to experience a nightmare here.
