Ever New Square One

I normally shop at the Bay and found a dress there that i loved but they didn’t have my size. They advised that there was an Ever New in the mall (square one) and i should check it out - biggest regret! I went in to do a return this evening and I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behaviour than at this store! The customer service rep was extremely rude making facial expression and giving me the side eye as she is processing my return. I asked a simple question and her response was out of hand. I advised that there was no need for her attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said “you can call them in the morning” and would not provide her name or worker number so i can identify her to the manager. She walked away muttering under her breath about “i dont know why you need to speak to a manager” and i said because of your rude behaviour and attitude. This girl walked away gave me her back as she continues to tell me she is not being rude and didn’t give me attitude. I really hope you have surveillance that management can review - even if you can’t hear the exchange, you can’t miss her body language! If this is the kind of staff you trust to manage your store, you’re really compromising customers. I will definitely not be returning which is a shame bc the clothes are really nice. Based on the reviews i’m reading, this doesn’t sound like an isolated experience.

ONLINE ORDER- Had a horrible experience with your customer service. Ordered a dress that came with makeup on sleeve and was dirty on bottom. The customer service team accused me of wearing it and trying to return it- and then said they won’t do anything t about it. I’m shocked. Never will I use your shop again.

Amazing customer service provided by the rep Tirlochan, she made sure I get what I was looking for! Provided suggestions and tried to understand my need and helped accordingly. Definitely gonna visit again and would love to shop from Ever New!!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The store manager was really rude and disrespectful. She said I couldn’t return something even before I opened my mouth to tell her the whole story. Extremely bad customer service. Will not be shopping at this location in the future.

Poor customer service cashiers show you attitude if you ask for fresh piece of a dress. And they pass you on the dress already tried on by many people. I would highly recommend to talk with the store manager but there was none there.

They don’t even deserve one star at this store. Employees who aren’t even involved in our discussion are jumping in and being extremely disrespectful. Please inform the manager to teach them some basic manners.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at the Ever New Square One store. The staff were amazing! Tiffany in particular went above and beyond - so personable and welcoming. Both she and Caitlyn helped me find the perfect dress. Great fashion advice and inventory - I will be back soon.
