I never really make a review about a retail store, but from the outstanding service and help we recieved from Aureo, was astounding. Don't think I've ever seen better assistance and help from anyone in retail. He was very willing to help us find the style of suit we had seen from online. Found the best sizes, had been patient in his back and forths finding any alternative style, his suggestions and opinions were equally helpful.
What I deeply appreciate the most was his willingness to use all his resources to find the exact piece of clothing we needed, he even had the last blazer of the size and style we needed shipped from another store directly to our home!
Overall can't say enough praise about Aureo and our phenomenal experience shopping at Bannana Republic thanks to him!

Such a lovely and helpful customer service specially the tall girl with long hair (Umniya) she helped me and was so patient with me!!
There was a lack of communication among the staff members. I purchased two items, but when I arrived home, I discovered that only one item was in the bag. It seems that they forgot to include the other item, and now they are stating that it is not possible. $75 wasted !!
Who would have considered Banana Republic for accessories? Not me .. til now.

Terrible experience. I bought 6 items, total of $606.23. When i got home i realized they had left an item out of my bag. I called them about this and they said they would get back to me the next day after they do an investigation. After a week i got no call back. I had to call them and they said that they sent me an email that didnt go through. Uhhh okay? You didnt try calling me like you said you would? You have my email and phone number on file. Now i have to go in myself for the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but i was one of the only customers in the store, they took forever to bag my items, employees were chit chatting amongst themselves the whole time while bagging my items, and then the way they handled this is ridiculous. I spent over $600 at this store and this is how i am treated. I am never shopping at this store again. Honestly infuriating since i bought the clothing(wasnt cheap) for a special occasion, and now i have to go back to the store myself just for a refund and a small discount on a next purchase. The assistance i got before paying for the clothing was great, but the experience after that completely ruined it. This could have been handled in a much more professional manner.
