Skillets with eggs over pasta for brunch? What is that about? Well, once you've had it, you'll wonder why you never did before. This restaurant was a spontaneous stop for a late lunch, and the "brunch until 15:00" sign caught us by surprise. Overall, the food was amazing and reasonably priced (for this area of Denver) at $17 per entre. The food portions were right sized (not too much or too little).

Me and my Mom stopped in here for a girls day dinner and it was absolutely delicious!!! As soon as we walking in they greeted us with a smile! We ordered the charcuterie board and our server was super helpful with choosing what to put on it! The filet was incredible, I got it done medium well and it was PERFECTLY cooked!!! We also shared the sweet cream ice cream and you could definitely tell it was freshly made! It was so creamy and smooth! I will definitely be dining here again in the future! 🩵

My dinner at Terra last week was one of the best meals I've had in the past few years. While the restaurant itself is quite casual and contemporary, the food looks and taste as though everything was deliberate.

First the starter - local tomatoes with California olive oil, basil and stracciatella cheese, was a classic starter. The tomatoes were perfect, and had just the right amount of oil and cheese to provide the appropriate accents.

For my entree, I had the Pork with Endive and Apricot BBQ sauce - and I loved their approach to preparing the endive, which really completed the dish! The pork itself was cooked enough without overdoing it, and had a sweet but tangy BBQ sauce that was just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. My spouse had the Roasted Chicken Breast with Baby Fennel, Carrots & Orange Demi Glace. The chicken was prepared perfectly and paired perfectly with the veggies.

Service was great with Hogan and Reese taking care of us all evening. We will definitely return when we go back to Denver!

Service and food were amazing. They were able to accommodate my larger party of 10. Food came out promptly and the server got everyone’s drink order perfect. Can get a tad loud due to the intimate setting, but it’s such a lovely place.

Wow. Just wow. I came here with my sister to celebrate her birthday, and this place served some of the best drinks and of the best dinners I've ever had - what a good pick! Our server Dylan was so friendly and had some great recommendations, all of which turned out awesome. He was so helpful and attentive, and our food came out quickly. The food was perfect, the cocktails were amazing, and it was so chill and comfortable inside. The beef and duck agnolotti was particularly good. Will definitely be coming back here!!

Terra Denver is an on-trend American restaurant with farm-to-table regional fare. We dined here for brunch over the weekend.

We arrived at Terra and were seated in the main dining room. The aesthetic of the restaurant was bright with lots of natural sunlight, plants, & grey stone behind the bar. General Manager, Nicole and Server, Harland took great care of us.

I started with the Foxy Cleopatra & a Cold Brew Coffee. The Foxy Cleopatra was made with Deviation Mountain Herb Gin, amaro, lemon, thyme, and blackberries. This is a new seasonal cocktail on Terra's menu. The herby gin & bittersweet amaro blended nicely with the tart blackberries.

For Baked Skillets we had the Venison Skillet made with venison ragu, aged jack cheese, over easy eggs, and potatoes. This was my favorite dish of our brunch! It was delicious. The venison ragu was crazy tender and savory - it had just enough spice. The meaty venison complemented the warm, crisp breakfast potatoes and creamy egg yolks.

For Classics we had the Pork Benedict made with city ham, country ham, hollandaise, and pickles.

For Sweets we had the Blue Corn Waffle and the French Toast. The Blue Corn Waffle was served with housemade blue corn bourbon syrup and seasonal fruit. The sticky sweet bourbon maple syrup went fabulously with the waffle. The waffle was soft with a light crunch on the exterior.

The French Toast Bread Pudding was served with seasonal fruit, powdered sugar, & syrup. The French Toast was two thick pieces of bread with a powdered sugar crust. The bread was dense with a gently spiced interior.

I feel like the picture does this justice. It was an excellent brunch and I loved my venison skillet. The blue corn waffle was surprisingly good (the bourbon syrup!!!!). I really like their Bloody Mary and the bottomless deal felt like a great value. I’d also note that the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Would easily go back!
