First time ever trying their burgers and fries. the fries were ok but very small portion for 7$ y expected more it’s just potato. They were cheese and bacon. I got like 10 bits of regular bacon and the cheese sauce were like 99€ queso. The actual burger taste like a double McDonald not even the bacon upgrade made it good. The buns are soft and very small with the meat ratio . And I ordered a peach smoothie kinda thing and for 50 cents more they will add me SPRINKLES like what’s charging for sprinkles it’s wild I just went there cz I was hungry and idk I wanted to give a try but certainly it will be my last time the total was almost 30$ for a mediocre cheese bacon fries burger and smoothie . Not recommend it all
i love this place. shake shack always has great food and their cheese fries are fire. the cheese is a complex recipe that is like no other 💘

I came here with some coworkers, and while they got their burgers, I went with the Spicy Cheese fries. It tasted quite nice, and while it tasted great with the Ranch sauce, the spiciness was a bit much for me. We also sat outside, and while it was a great location, the ambience of the corner isn't too great.
Anyhow, this place is great for a quick bite before carrying on.

Located on a corner of 14th Street, right across from a bus stop, easy to get to either on foot or public transportation.
Self ordering kiosks are easiest to use. There are at least three of them and you can order at the counter, as well. There's a large dining area, but the food is cooked to order so it's still hot if you take it back to the hotel if you're near by.

Placed an order online, it was a Friday night so I did understand that they were really busy and my food was not finished within the time the app stated, waited 25 extra minutes. The employee working the counter asked my name 3 times, no problem, I gave it three times. Then when I saw a bag that appeared to have my name on the receipt, I went to check and indeed the bag next to the register was my name, so I took it, to which the employee at the counter said "hey! You don't just take food from the counter! What's your name!" Which I told her and she allowed me to leave. This in front of about 15 other guests. Very embarrassing and uncalled for. I think next time I'll go in the other direction to five guys for my burger craving.
The atmosphere is smug college kids. But the food is incredible. The meat is a custom blend. Its the best tasting burger in the country. And the fries are perfect. Taste like the food in 1965. ❤️

Shack before, So I stopped in for a quick Burger and Shake. The burger and shake both were decent!. The burgers are smash patty style so get a double!
