Westwood Pharmacy

Exactly what you might expect from a small pharmacy they are pretty quick but don't always have enough of a med to fill a prescription. Otherwise they are good people.

Westwood pharmacy employees make sure they remember their customer names.. this sounds trivial crept it makes me feel part of their family when I arrive

This is the only place I will go! Friendly, happy workers, they get to know you well and point out any issues with meds that should not be taken together! My brother died of an exploding heart and was only on two meds! Pharmacy nor his doctor realized it was a deadly combo! Why I go here as they will point it out as I said above! He was 28 years old! It’s honestly the best pharmacy in Edmonton

Only 3 stars. Staff are super nice....however. I booked an appointment for my second shot of Phizer on November 14th. I received a confirmation text. I had phoned in to book. I received texts leading up to the day to confirm. Day of my appointment I received a text reminding me of my appointment. 5pm on Dec 3rd I show up for my vaccine. Only to be faced with very confused looks. They had no idea I had an appointment, how I booked an appointment, or how I had been ALLOWED to book. I showed them the texts and they said "oh you did have one" turns out they were out due to a shortage and had been for some time. I'm only upset cause I canceled and moved thing in my day to accommodate this and Noone called me to cancel. Then...after I left, they sent me a cancelation text. All they could do was write my name and number on a post-it and offer to call me "later".

I have been frequenting this pharmacy for many years now as I was also using the doctors next door. Kamal has knowledge about drugs and their uses that no other pharmacy has ever provided me. I appreciate all of this knowledge along with the excellent customer care. Personally: I would like to thank them.

I have been using this pharmacy for a couple years and have never had a problem. Always very helpful and friendly. One of the few places left that will deliver when my disability prevents me from picking up my medication. Always willing to answer questions or help anyway they can, you can tell they care about their customers well being.

Kamal and staff at Westwood Pharmacy are wonderful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about drug prescriptions. Also great advice for diabetics and other problems. The best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Thanks for your caring ways and willingness to be so helpful to all customers.
