Having the wrong phone number listed should've been the first clue. Called looking to get stitches and got sent to Ellerslie Medical Clinic on the south side where they don't do medical procedures. Had to drive back to the west end in the end! Wasted gas and time!

Mylene was super friendly and helpful with me today and walked me through everything I need to know!

I came in earlier this week past the point of the office accepting walk-ins with a very infected toe, due to a pedi-cure. The staff asked Dr. Al-Musawi if she would see me as a last minute and she agreed! I am so beyond grateful that I was able to start anti-biotics so quickly. Her advice and willingness to help me on such short notice was absolutely incredible. Can't thank the office and Dr enough!

I came here to bring my sick mom, the short bobbed hair lady who sits at the front desk who does nothing has problems. Every time i come she brings up a problem. Last time i came she told me our health cards didn't work and we had to pay 90$ EACH but the other lady who checked she said it was working.
Couple days ago when i came in she told me doctor was not accepting new appointments because he wasn't sure of his schedule but the next day she told me she was fully booked for weeks and had to wait. She is NOT dr Raheem's assistant but talks inform of him and says “I'm not he’s assistant” but still gives MISINFORMATION under his name.

I was misdiagnosed by dr. Wong on numerous occasions... also prescribed the wrong medication only to get a phone call several days later from the clinic saying I needed to return because I was prescribed the wrong medicine.... this clinic is a gong show. I haven't been here in years but I was shocked to learn Wong is still practicing here... he should have his licence revoked.

I’d give dr Wong zero stars if I could. You’ve never seen a more careless doctor in your life. And the worlds worst receptionist she is the most heartless and meanest nastiest uptight person I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve been to lots of doctors.
