I will say this happened a year or two ago but got reminded of it today and saw a high rating on here so figured I would share my experience. Received a damaged coffee table book in the mail, sent it back to return, got completely ghosted on receiving a refund despite multiple emails to support. Had to file a credit card chargeback in the end.

I purchased a Parajumpers Dillon jacket online and I received the jacket within a few days in Mississauga. Love the jacket and fast shipping. I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this store.
I ordered many products since 2019. They have always had the best unbeatable price during promotion season. When the item short of stock, the refund is done very quickly

I check their sales online during Boxing Day and the price is always lower or the same as other stores and the authenticity code checks out.

Terrible business, beware. I bought shoes online on November 27th and they charged me and it’s been nearly a month and I haven’t received them. They canceled my order after I reached out and said I would be refunded but I still do not have the funds. Why would they charge me if they weren’t shipping the item? Had I not followed up, I would’ve been out $200 with no shoes. This business is a scam and I will be contacting my credit card company. Absolutely disgusting how they conduct business.
Ordered a shoe book Nov 27, 2023 online with conformation. Emailed them Dec 12, 2023 and got reply saying they are very sorry that they could not fulfill order. I had to contact them for the bad news or they probably would not have contacted me.
