Waited a while before someone put us on the list for 2. People rush to get their name on the list. A group of 4 people jumped in front of us but didn’t want to fight with an elderly woman. We got our table after 5mins anyway. Food was over very good. Just took a long time to come out. One of the dish we order didn’t show up. We had to ask to have to bill adjusted.

When it comes to savoring authentic delights, I always seek out the local favorites, and Tin Tin Seafood Harbour in Richmond, BC, stands as a beacon of Chinese culinary excellence. As a family-run establishment, it's deeply ingrained in the cultural tapestry of the city.

The deep-fried chicken knees and chicken feet were nothing short of extraordinary, boasting that perfect QQ texture that's synonymous with top-tier Chinese cuisine. And the tripe with sauce? It elicited nothing short of a "🤤" with its irresistible flavor profile, leaving me yearning for more with each bite.

But what truly caught me off guard was a dish featuring eggplant that was so succulent, I found myself tempted to order another bowl on the spot. It's a testament to the culinary prowess of the family and staff at Tin Tin Seafood Harbour, who consistently deliver impeccable quality and flavor.

Congratulations are certainly in order for the entire team for their dedication to excellence. With such remarkable dishes on offer, I'll undoubtedly be returning with all my family and friends in tow, eager to indulge in the culinary delights that await at Tin Tin Seafood Harbour.

Authentic Chinese food! Nice place to go for breakfast with traditional small dishes. The service was professional but also casual enough to feel genuine. I recommend trying the restaurant out.

Very nice staff! Their menu was MASSIVE! So it took me a bit of time to decide what I wanted, and I didn't get the stereotypical attitude, like some snarky guy going, "乜你出來都唔知自己想食乜?仲學人哋出來食?" Not one bit! They just encouraged me to take my time, and even offered another menu for single-course meals for one person getting a meal. I settled on the 椒鹽魷魚 (Salt & Pepper Cuttlefish), and figured I'd balance it out with some 蒜茸芥蘭 (Garlic-mashed Stir-fried Chinese Broccoli). WOW! That cuttlefish was really good! Cooked perfectly! Super soft outside, with a center that has a slight bounce to it, but not something you need to gnaw your teeth on to get through. 👍
When I was done, the lady was like, "嘩!食得咁快嘅? (Wow! You finished that quick!)" 😅
Best of all, despite ordering two items, they still gave dessert! So pace yourself correctly!
Dessert: 花生糯米湯 (Peanut and Sticky Rice), and some other tiny items to eat on the side (I can't remember what they're called sadly). One of them was a fried crispy Cruller with sesame sprinkles, a "mini pineapple bun" that was also crispy, and a a sticky rice dessert with very fine and soft coconut shavings, and a custard filling. 🤤
Wish I was able to come here early enough in the morning to try their 點心 (Dim Sum). Next time I come back, it'll be for that!
Pro-tip: Bring people to split the bill and try different items!

A busy dimsum restaurant that still serves authentic dimsum. "Authentic" as in .. not modernized Siu Mai or Har Gao that many restaurants make these days. Their shredded chicken was really good and XO pan fried radish cake. Highly recommend! Also, the main server/waitress was super attentive and was great at multi tasking. The service was good for a busy restaurant. The rice rolls were also made perfectly. The skin of the rice roll was smooth and soft along with the flavourful sticky rice wraps. The rice wraps had an outer parchment paper to enclose it tightly to cook the rice well and absorb flavours. Salad roll - dont recommend.

My parents come here all the time and live the food. We had dim sum here and the food was excellent especially the stuffed Eggplant. Service was quick & efficient. It was busy even at 1 pm but I think its because the food is so good. We had a table by the wall so it was nice and private. Lots of parking but the lot was almost full. No waiting for a table.
