Some Equipments are Not enough!
A really nice gym, it's clean, machines and workout zones quite up to date from the technical wise. Dispenser with disinfectant for the machines and hands is present and continuously refilled by the staff members. The staff is super friendly, helping, and super professional. We'll done, keep it up!

My experience at McFit gym was disappointing. The staff was rude and unable to communicate in English, insisting on speaking German instead. I was surprised by their lack of willingness to help and their dismissive reaction to every request. I had hoped for better service, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed.
I am trying to cancel my membership from last one month, and it is not possible online as I mentioned already.I even went to gym to cancell it few time and even wrote and gave a letter for cancellation, even then there is not confirmation regarding it.
The blonde receptionist and her colleagues from the evening are very unfriendly. I brought a friend in 3 occasions to subscribe and they gave us excuses that they were busy. Terrible customer service!!
Unfortunately, this was the worst gym I've ever been to. Very untidy! Weights are all over the place. outdated lockers. Not very hygienic either. Not a pleasant experience.
