I had an excellent experience at the hospital's emergency department. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring I received prompt medical attention. Nothing called humanity specially in the second floor. And rude doctors and nurses who are mostly Indians in the morning shift have faced a bad experience.

Trauma And emergency female hamad hospital is worse . When today 1:00 pm I went there for my orthopedic emergency as I was unable to walk and was on wheel chair. There was severe pain and swelling on my right knee and I was unable to stand and bear weight on it. I had taken the pain killer and muscle relaxant as prescribed by doctor on my last appointment. But still pain was not going.
It was an emergency but doctor there very rudely said that he will not treat me because I should go to health center. I was in severe pain but he was worse doctor I ever met. He did not examine or did not give any medicine for this emergency. Rather coldly asked me to go to health center and asked the boy who was pushing my wheel chair to show me exit door . I was in tears and went to my health center where emergency doctor seeing my condition immediately gave me painkiller injection as he suspected some ligament tear in my knee and prescribed other medication and care.
This emergency and trauma doctor if can not behave like doctors then at least should behave like human. I wonder how a human / doctor can behave in such way to patients in severe pain.

Waited for more than 2 hours. Not even get call for consultation. Very poor management and service

the most terrible patient service, the service system is very low, to get to the doctor waited 6 hours, when she approached asked they answered that this is normal, not competent and not professional staff, they do not help absolutely anyone, if they come with pain they ignore and what measures do not accept, you have to wait for a very very long time and so a sick person cannot bear it, it's just awful, please pay attention to the time of patient service, I have never seen such a system, nowhere in another country is this horror straight , Very bad center ever
