Great choice for enjoying some chaats and Indo-Chinese preparations.
We had the Dahi Bhalla, Chinese Bhel, Rajouri Chole Batura, Gobi Manchurian and Masala Soda.
All the dishes tasted very good, and were in good quantities.
I would probably not order the Gobi Manchurian again, as I found the sauce to be too ketchup-y and sweet.

Quality veg Indian cuisine options, would definitely recommend this place!
Great service and atmosphere. Hara bhara kabab was good (not spicy). Veg thali was also good with a decent selection of veggies and curry. With a couple of extra roti, you can share the veg thali in two people, is enough. Service was excellent and atmosphere was great.
Lovely experience here. I have been to other branches before, and the Fremont one was also good.
I just had one issue with the Hara Bhara Kabab. ONLY 2 PIECES in a plate?? The waitress told us there would be 5-6 pieces. We were with guests so we didn't question when the dish was served, but this dish can be avoided. It felt like $7-8 got wasted.
One recommendation is to reduce the chutneys and increase the rest of the material. Otherwise chutneys go waste. Also, I noticed that the actual menu in restaurant has more items than on the website.
I loved the Samosas, chutneys, March special Aloo Mattar Paneer Paratha, regular Aloo Paratha, Dahi Batata Sev Puri, Chai, and Maharaja Feast Sandwich, which was also a March special.
In desserts you must try the Moong Dal Halwa. It was wonderful. We also tried the Faluda Drink which was okay. Looks instagrammable. Try other sweets instead.
Overall, a good experience except for that one dish.

We ordered for Aloo paratha (catering pack of 10) from Grubhub. It came in well packed and was hot too by the time it reached.
It came along with Raita, onions and pickle.
The Raita was delicious. The parathas size was large. The taste was decent. A little more flavour would have been nice.

Chaat Bhawan! What an authentic Indian taste! I loved the food here, it was delicious and flavourful. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the aroma is heavenly!
Service is impeccable, they even serve hot water if you ask! Do try their Vada pav, chole bhature and samosa chaat! They were heavenly. It was like I was back in Delhi!

Loved the experience of Indian Chaat variety at this place. Tastefully prepared, nicely presented & served with Love. What else can we expect ?
We tried multiple variety of dishes & surprisingly all them were tasty. This is unusual experience for me for an Indian restaurant in USA.
Ambience is nice but it quickly becomes
Noisy as this is a very busy place. Even on a Monday evening, they had approx. 20+ minutes wait for people showing up after 7:30 pm.
But the wait is worth it. You won’t go wrong. Definitely check it out if you are Fremont area.
