Thanks to TUI Airlines Belgium, I missed my connecting flight to Istanbul from Belgium. Now I will be left alone in Belgium and nobody helping me.
I am asking you TUI Airlines Belgium, is this how you treat your passengers? Do you feel any shame on calling yourself an Airlines?

I'm writing to complain about an incident that occurred today. The woman at the check-in desk on 10.3 (21.05.2024) Brussels Airport was extremely racist and threatened to cancel our flight because I mentioned that I don't need a visa for Turkey. I was only trying to help, as she was unsure whether my passport required a visa and had to call for confirmation. I will never fly with TUI again. I am still very upset and cannot believe what she did to me in front of many people. Thank you for ruining my holiday.

I have traveled to 47 countries and I have never ever in my life experienced something like what I’ve experienced with TUI FLY BELGIUM flying to Cancun in February 2024! Very rude customer service. Talking to the customers like animals and then have the nerve to complain about us defending ourselves. Every single one who works for tui Belgium needs training. PATHETIC and sickening!!! I will never ever in my life travel with this airline again. And hopefully those rude handlers get their karma!!!!!

Usually on time, kind people and nice transatlantic planes. Not much to complain about for a thrift airline. I actually recommend it!

Flew direct from Cancun to Amsterdam last Saturday. Was a great flight for only €290. Flight left on time, seats were fine, food was average (but its a budget airline), and the staff were friendly. There was a bit of a mix-up because 1 staff said moving seats costs additional, and other staff just told customers they could move wherever they wanted once the plane ascended. When I had tried to change seats the day before the flight, it said all seats were taken. So that could be improved and avoid the mid-flight kerfuffles. Still, for the price, would highly recommend the airline.

Customer serivce below zero, such an disappointing way of communication. I have requested assistance upon our return flight because i got extremely sick during our holiday and was hospitalized for 5 days... I received a feedback that i should upgrade or that is all

The experience was improved. Our trip began in London, the city in which we live. We bought a ticket to Brussels with British (A 5-star review) We arrived in Brussels the night before, because the check-in was for 5.30 Am. After leaving the suitcases we waited at 12 to leave (the departure was scheduled for 9'20 am) we arrived at Puj at 3'49 local time. At the airport of BRSELS they changed the door more than four times (imagite what that implies (imagite what that implies when you go with two children) when we saw the plane it gave me the feeling that the window was poorly repaired (attached photo) another situation we experienced during the flight since we were without entertainment on board during the entire flight (attached photo) I consider that with two and a half So I request the return of the proportional part of the tickets. The airline workers were, with one rare exception, very courteous and professional.
