Thanks to TUI Airlines Belgium, I missed my connecting flight to Istanbul from Belgium. Now I will be left alone in Belgium and nobody helping me.
I am asking you TUI Airlines Belgium, is this how you treat your passengers? Do you feel any shame on calling yourself an Airlines?

I'm writing to complain about an incident that occurred today. The woman at the check-in desk on 10.3 (21.05.2024) Brussels Airport was extremely racist and threatened to cancel our flight because I mentioned that I don't need a visa for Turkey. I was only trying to help, as she was unsure whether my passport required a visa and had to call for confirmation. I will never fly with TUI again. I am still very upset and cannot believe what she did to me in front of many people. Thank you for ruining my holiday.

I have traveled to 47 countries and I have never ever in my life experienced something like what I’ve experienced with TUI FLY BELGIUM flying to Cancun in February 2024! Very rude customer service. Talking to the customers like animals and then have the nerve to complain about us defending ourselves. Every single one who works for tui Belgium needs training. PATHETIC and sickening!!! I will never ever in my life travel with this airline again. And hopefully those rude handlers get their karma!!!!!

Usually on time, kind people and nice transatlantic planes. Not much to complain about for a thrift airline. I actually recommend it!

Péssima experiência, funcionários com muita má vontade e limitados. Não recomendo. Não dão o suporte necessário ao passageiro, não podem emprestar o telefone para caso de emergência, atendentes utilizam de ironia e pouca simpatia. Pra ser ruim tem que melhorar demaaaaais. Acho que a empresa está quebrando.

Flew direct from Cancun to Amsterdam last Saturday. Was a great flight for only €290. Flight left on time, seats were fine, food was average (but its a budget airline), and the staff were friendly. There was a bit of a mix-up because 1 staff said moving seats costs additional, and other staff just told customers they could move wherever they wanted once the plane ascended. When I had tried to change seats the day before the flight, it said all seats were taken. So that could be improved and avoid the mid-flight kerfuffles. Still, for the price, would highly recommend the airline.

The experience was improved. Our trip began in London, the city in which we live. We bought a ticket to Brussels with British (A 5-star review) We arrived in Brussels the night before, because the check-in was for 5.30 Am. After leaving the suitcases we waited at 12 to leave (the departure was scheduled for 9'20 am) we arrived at Puj at 3'49 local time. At the airport of BRSELS they changed the door more than four times (imagite what that implies (imagite what that implies when you go with two children) when we saw the plane it gave me the feeling that the window was poorly repaired (attached photo) another situation we experienced during the flight since we were without entertainment on board during the entire flight (attached photo) I consider that with two and a half So I request the return of the proportional part of the tickets. The airline workers were, with one rare exception, very courteous and professional.

2 oudere dames heel erg onbeleefd en onrespectvol!! Hun baas is zich komen excuseren voor hun gedrag en de fouten die ze hadden gemaakt!! Om dan later te zien dat de baas hier ook mee aan het lachen was, is dit hoe we met de mensen omgaan?? Jullie moeten zich schamen!!

If you could improve on the online check in process. Especially people holding SOUTH SUDANESE passport cannot check in online as the system doesn't have that country in the drop down list.

Vlotte inscheping met vriendelijk personeel aan boord. Ook eerlijke prijzen tijdens de gehele vlucht om te eten en te drinken. Propere en nette vliegtuigen. Veiligheid op kop heb ik gemerkt. Je krijgt goeie, duidelijk en in 3 talen de nodige info dat je als passagier wenst. Doe zo verder mensen!

Best airline, especially towards Africa

If you are unlucky enough to have to deal with this dysfunctional company, then make sure that you get a written confirmation and invoice from everything. Otherwise you will face only problems.

i flu punta cana to Brussels with a stop at Montego bay. it was terrible and i don't recommend to fly TUI.
here i wrote some reasons:
1. The flight departured late by 2 long hours (from punta cana)
2. the flight departured from the wrong gate!! it was announced and was written gate 2, that actually flu to the same destination -Brussels, at the same time! just by another airline... The actual gate was gate 3, despite the other information on the departure information board. very confusing!!!!
3. the waiting time was terrible at a very noisy gate (with non stop shouting/calls/ announcements and without information why the flight was delayed, and for how long.
4. no food /water supplied during the delay.
during the flight:
5. first leg no food no water on board (remember, 2 long hours delay).
6. at the transit we spent additional 2 hours of torturing- getting off the airplane for additional security check. totally unacceptable since we already did security check before departure at punta cana. (it wasn't good enough security check at punta cana?)
7. during this transit no food no water supplied.
8. after re-boarding one passenger lost his consciousness, and we all were close to it too.
shame you TUI for bringing your customers to this point. we will remember it.

International non-EU inbound flight from Brussles Airways is delayed due to Brussles Airlines late departure from point of origin. The connecting flight in Brussles doesn’t even wait 15 Minutes for 15 connecting passengers at airport. Another airline to avoid.

Arrived from Addis Ababa to find my duty free liquor was completely smashed.
Even though this survived the trip from Cape Town to Addis,in Addis the security said it had to be checked in.....apparently from Cape Town to Addis there is no issue having it on board,but not to Brussels
Even better,when I took the smashed bottle of the conveyer belt to baggage assistance in Brussels....the reply was...."There is nothing we can do about it".......

So Disgusting Racist. I can’t find where I report my horrible experience, so I write here. One day, KLM was over booked. So we were explaining our situation at the Abiapartner Zaventem. Then one of the staff told my friend “Turn your face. Your garlic smell is disgusting.” We protested strongly against the person but they didn’t apologize... Go to hxxx!
