Madison Jewelers

Passed by on the way to a show and stopped in . I have a lot of jewelry and dealt with a lot of establishments but I must say Madison Jewelers has a great selection and they are lovely people. I felt so comfortable there and hope to return- of course had to leave with a pair of earrings!

I just walked in to have a look but ended up getting a beautiful Fope set! Gila (hope I spelled it right.) was most kind in accomodating me. Her mission is to treat customers like they are for keeps. I felt like I made a friend and that was my greater takeaway from my NYC holiday. X

I needed a minor watch repair and they did a beautiful job including shining it up like new. I recommend Kevin and Cynthia for all your watch and jewelry needs!

Gorgeous jewelry. Amazing customer service. They stand by their merchandise. Had an issue with a bracelet. No problem. I found one I loved so much more. Cost more, but I got a great deal and I'm a happy camper.

Oh my goodness I cannot express how lovely this place is and how amazingly wonderful they were to me and upgrading my engagement ring!!! My fiance bought my engagement ring here (after I'd spotted it in the window and fell in love). Joe and Lori were so kind and helpful; Joe even sent back the first diamond he was given for the ring because he wasn't satisfied with the quality! He put a light inside the ring box so that the diamond would sparkle when my fiance proposed- even if it was in a dark restaurant! I am so thrilled with the quality and beauty of the ring and with the personal customer service they provided. We'll be going back to get our wedding rings made here!
