Saachi Spa

This has to be the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend going to this location. To start I showed up for my appointment on time and was sitting in the waiting area. I can over hear conversations between staff discussing who is going to do the massage. Finally a lady came to do the massage and was very unprofessional in my option. Didn’t say a word other than I will give you a few minutes to change. She return and proceeded to do the massage with gloves on 😳. Seriously ?? My first ever experience from a RMT with gloves. It was the worst experience, very painful and she did not know what she was doing. Using her elbow and digging into my back felt like she was intentionally trying to cause pain. I go to massages all the time through my work benefits. This massage was in December and I’m posting now because I had a great massage somewhere else and wanted to share my experience at this location. If you value your time and experience please avoid going to the location for any type of massage treatment.

I would not give any stars for this SPA if I was able to provide a review without one.

The regular one we go to was closed this week, so I googled and booked a couple massage at this SPA. Initially, I was surprised that I was able to get the time of my choice, this should have alerted me. But I wanted to try it out as there are many good reviews.

First the place needs some dusting and cleanup. We were hoping our massages to be good. Disappointed!! very unprofessional staff. Therapists were talking in their language non-stop and checking their phones in between. We had paraffin massage and my husband's bag was very hot. The therapist did not even check with him to ensure he was comfortable with the temperature until my husband screamed and asked to remove the bag right away. We then realised they were not RMT's although that's what we requested.

I provided my feedback to the Manager and the Owner. They apologised and gave me a spa credit for $40. Very disappointing experience and will never visit again!

It is located in Delta hotel, nice place and wifi is available and free parking but $90 for 45mins.

This is the absolute worst facility for customer service and professionalism. my mom and I were gifted a coupon to visit your spa for different services. We came in for the first time last week and there was an issue with the appointment booking as soon as we entered . I had requested two appointments at the same time and but was told they were booked back to back. We stayed anyway. Moms manicure lasted 15min despite the advertised 30min. I was next. One staff started the manicure then passed it onto the next staff. The next staff was absolutely rude and did an amateur job. She didnt even greet me upon entering the room. When I gave feedback about how I felt about the manicure, she started getting angry. The manager was called into the room. The manager said she couldn't do much and had to leave. Then offered that the receptionist could finish my manicure. Ridiculous !! I asked the receptionist to remove the color off my nails and left. Booked an appointment for next week instead. The second appointment there was again a mistake with the booking. There was no apology on the phone from the receptionist . After a few phone calls.back and forth, she ended up hanging up on me. I'm very upset about my experience here and how everything is handled. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. They don't care about their customers. Keep saying they don't make much from.the coupons. I'm planning to report this place to the better business bureau. Everybody stay away from this place. they are far from professionalism and needs to be closed down.

Went here yesterday for a massage and not going anywhere else. Joanna was amazing, professional, and most of all friendly. The massage was excellent. She also gave me my first face massage towards the end and that was an unexpected favourite. If you're staying in the hotel do yourself a favour and see if you can get an appointment with Joanna, well worth it.
If you park don't forget to stop by the front desk to get your parking validated.

I always had a great experience here. I love getting the deep tissue massage. I do a lot of weight lifting so these ladies have their work cut out for them! They take care of all my knots and I leave feeling so relaxed. Great atmosphere and it's never crowded. I feel like I'm at a resort or something!

Loved the atmosphere! it set me in a serene mood as soon as i was sat down. The lighting, the candles and the music took me to another place. The staff were professional and courteous and they made me feel like a million bucks! The massage was a little hard on me at the beginning but the masseuse quickly adjusted after my comments and it was plain awesome afterwards. I would definitely go back to Saachi!
