Thank you Renee for the best facial I've had! Highly recommend Relaxing Wellness spa. I did the micro dermabrasion/peel facial and my skin feel soft and glowing. Best part of the experience was learning more about my skin type and how to use the best suited products for my skin. I am acne prone so I was nervous to do the facial but I left with alot of knowledge on how to take better care of my skin.

I've been working with Anu to find solutions to significant adult acne. This has been a problem all of my life and at Laser Genesis I've found treatments that are truly making a difference. Denise at Laserbody MD is great. I loved her depth of knowledge and experience. It was my first time visiting Laserbody and I must admit that everyone was very welcoming, especially Denise. Staff provides great customer service and are all very knowledgeable. 100% recommend!

This spa has deteriorated and bad. It is definitely not a high end spa by any stretch. It’s an economy day spa for a last minute idea. Have been here a few times since 2017 and gets worse each time. Pools are old and paint peeling, Cushions stained , weeds on stone paths, outside chairs showing wear and tear , in general it is in need of attention and repair.

The ladies locker room is small, tight, run down and again, in need of attention. Walls are dirty, the bathroom sink area and toilets basic. 1 hair dryer only and no other toiletries. The floors were puddles of water due to women walking in soaked from the pools (who should know better to dry up) but the staff should be on top of this .

Don’t have lunch in the spa, just don’t.

Services: had massage with a new therapist, I understand she’s new and needs to build confidence but it was a rub down not a massage.

Bring your own sandals ( which really you shouldn’t have to) the provided ones are uncomfortable and just flat rubber.

This place will suffice for a last minute massage or day away from the kids but definitely not a “luxe” spa getaway.

I booked a consultation specifically for dermafillers for acne scars. When I requested the appointment I made sure to state the service I’m seeking in the notes. And when the receptionist was arranging my appointment I also notified her. I drove 45mins after work to get to the appointment only to be told that they do not provide this service. I felt tricked into coming into the office just so they can sell me another service that I’ve already tried and was proven not to work for me. It was a complete waste of my time. If a patient is requesting a specific treatment that you don’t provide, let them know and don’t waste their time!

It was my first time getting botox done for jawline slimming and I've done so many research before coming to Skin Vitality. Everyone was a super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

My nurse did an amazing work and the results came out better than my expectations. She also emails me in the next few days for a checkup. I'll definitely going back for more Botox and Lip Filler as well.

We went for a massage and a day by the pool. There were an ample amount of pool chairs and shade if needed. The hots tubs, pool and cold plunge were all set to the approximate temperatures. It was a great way to unwind and connect.

Visited their spa only, was a last minute decision to go get some relaxation therapy and the staff was so nice booked me in for the same day. The ambience of the place is amazing, very professional staff. My masseuse Cindy was amazing and literally the best massage I have ever had. After the mass we got to enjoy their hot tubs, cold plunge and their pool. Overall, I would say the best experience I have ever had at a spa.

The staff was really great to work with. They were very knowledgable and patient with my needs. My injector made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgable about the procedures she was performing. I would definitely recommend.

I've gotten all of my laser hair removals at the Relaxing Wellness Center! Staffs are super friendly and respectful. Renee is wonderful! She always make sure you're okay tthroughout the treatments and explains the procedure very clearly.They always make me feel at peace and comfortable! Highly recommend. :)

Anu Mohan is absolutely brilliant in every sense of the word. She completely changed my skin for the better and was honest and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Thanks to her my skin has gotten and most importantly stayed better. Her product recommendations have always been amazing.

My boyfriend and I attended an engagement party here a few days ago on the terrace.

The landscape of the entire property is absolutely beautiful and the background waterfall is very scenic and adds a special touch to pictures.

The terrace however, I would not recommend to anyone. The bar services and setup were not up to other venues in the areas’ standards. There were spider webs and spiders all over the tent ceiling and poles. There we no heaters out there and it was very cold at night (August). The bistro lights were also partially blown out or not working so it did not look professional at all. The backdrop that was set up for my friend had fairy lights behind it and the power cords were clearly visible and you can tell there was no attempt to hide it. The A/V set up was messy, there were wires all over the venue and it could’ve ended in someone’s injury. The food was also very disappointing, there was no taste and portions were very small (the bread before our appetizer was the best part).

I would, visit again to try out the resort and spa. I noticed some hiking areas and the lodging that seemed really nice.

Today was my fifth session for my chin hair laser treatment. For the first three sessions I thought I wasted my money but from 4th session onwards I felt a huge difference. Team MD laser body was very supportive and professional specially Ala Abbas. She always welcome with warm heart made me comfortable for my session. Thanks

Poor client experience and customer service. I went to this clinic the first time just to get one treatment after seeing and ad with a special price on Instagram for less than 60 cad and then when I was there for my consultation I was scammed with a package for more than $1,300. When I came to my home I change my mind and I called them to try to cancel but they did not allow me even though the financial company said they did not a problem to cancel my purchase. After the incident I went to my 7 appointments from my 8 sessions package every time with a different person (probably because nobody stays working on this place for more than 1 month) and I had no another option if I did not want to lose my money. Finally when I called today to get a refund or exchange my last session to another area since I moving to another city they said none of these options would be possible even though I was advice at the clinic for someone else that I could do it. Please don’t waste your money and time on this place. Every session was also painful.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Millcroft in June 2023. It was a wonderful experience from planning to execution - their wedding planner was very helpful both before and during the event. The food was fantastic and the scenery is stunning as always! The only thing I would have changed was that we had a room on the 2nd floor and couldn't sleep well the night before our wedding as there is a lot of noise transfer between floors. Highly recommended but be strategic about which room you stay in.

Today, I had my first visit to Skim Vital Clinic in Mississauga for treatment. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous and ensured I was comfortable throughout my session. The specialist nurse Elizabeth who attended to me was both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to address all my concerns before starting the treatment. I appreciated the clinic's cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.

I had done a lot of online research & viewed so many photos. I came to the conclusion that Skin Vitality was the best fit for me.

Right from the get go I was responded to immediately, any & all questions were answered thoroughly & they had me booked like that. The whole process was smooth & made me feel comfortable.

The location I went to in port credit (lakeshore rd in Mississauga ) was very pretty & clean. The staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

I had more than one procedure which I felt went really well. I felt well taken care of & I'm very happy with my results. I most certainly will return & would highly recommend.

We requested in writing, in advance , extra strong deep massage to deal with neck and shoulder and back muscle pain. None of these areas were addressed. The staff never informed us that they could not do deep tissue massage, which is because neither of the masseurs were RMT certified...they are only esteticians. The massages were a waste of time and money.

Channel was ABSOLUTELY delightful when speaking to me for my first time consultation. She was kind and attentive when listening to my concerns and responded very promptly! She also made accommodations for my daughter as i was couldnt find a sitter. THANK YOU CHANNEL! What a great customer service experience 🌸🥰

We had an incredible time. We booked a Croft room on the Nature retreat package. Food was unbelievably delicious. Rooms were beautiful, clean, & comfortable! Staff were great - very friendly. The pedicure treatments were so refreshing. I tried the Elim pedicure and definitely recommend. The pools made us feel like we were at a Dominican resort. The grounds are fantastic. We will be back to visit again!

Anna Marie is a very good listener. After telling her my situation she was able to focus on the area required. She also provided exercises to help with the healing. She has very strong hands. I look forward to working with her for further treatments.

I called on july 25 and booked an appointment for july 27th the same thursday.

When I got to the spa I was told that my appointment was cancelled due to them not reaching me.

The number they called on my "file" was wrong and whoever I spoke with to make my appointment didn't even think to confirm it with me. Due to their error i wasted my whole day, can make up work some how but the fact they wasted my time can not make up.

I have been getting laser hair removal treatments for a while now from multiple places however, my experience at G Spa was phenomenal and better than anything I've experienced. The team not only took the time to explain the entire procedure but made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. As mentioned, I've been to multiple clinics for laser hair removal however, I've never had someone work so diligently with so much care to detail. I would recommend their clinic and services to anyone looking for a good place to start their laser hair removal treatments.

A beautiful place to stay, with an excellent spa. The mill is located in a quite wooded area, sitting on a small river next to a calming waterfall.

The rooms in the main building are rustic, but well kept. There appears to be some vintage furniture, which is nice & appropriate for the era & theme. The washrooms have been renovated with some rustic touches in the faucets. The bed was comfortable, a bit on the soft side. However the sheets were a tad rough for our liking. We had a fairly good sleep. You can occasionally hear other guests getting busy. One complaint is the entertainment system is dated, they do have local channels but any on-demand are paid. Unfortunately there is no ability to cast or stream to the TV.

The spa facilities are nice & modern, it’s well staffed with friendly personnel. With 2 hot tubs and a larger pool, makes for a relaxing stay.

We stayed at the Millcroft for the first time for a wedding that we attended nearby. First off, I will say that there amenities and spa etc. are probably beautiful but we were just there for the night and didn’t have time to take advantage of any of them. I’m sure if you’re going for the spa experience it is lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying there for somewhere you’re just using as a hotel. Our room (310 in the main building) was disturbingly gross. Our shower dripped nonstop and I’m guessing it was a handicap accessible room which meant the water dripping from the shower just caused the entire bathroom floor to be wet at all times. We had to lay towels on the floor to avoid slipping. The toilet wasn’t secured to the wall and there was rust and corrosion throughout the entire bathroom. The one pot light was hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom really just made you feel like you were in a university dorm room. The rest of the room looked nothing like the pictures…random holes in the ceiling and the walls looked like they were cracked all over. The bed was small and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Aside from our rooms conditions, the staff were friendly, helpful and mostly accommodating. I can’t say I’d ever stay at the Millcroft again considering there are many other similar style spa resorts with exceptional room conditions. The price is simply just too high for what you get there.

All staff was straightforward, honest and detail oriented. They explained with great details toward the treatment although I didn’t move forward due to my personal health condition, they didn’t force me in-fact they gave me ease to come back again whenever I want, which I love. I don’t like to feel restricted when it comes to treatment plans and choices! They have even cool offer where you put down $100 and become a member and use those $100 anytime for any treatment in near future. It was awesome experience.

I had a full arms wax here today. Mitch was very professional and his work was clean, unrushed, and comfortable. I also got a goodies bag on my way out. I am skeptical of new places because of sponsored reviews but this place ain’t one of those. The place was very clean, aromatic and open. Definitely would visit again and recommend others. If you want parking at street pay attention to signs at street or there’s parking at back side as well.

I absolutely had 4 pleasant laser sessions here. I like how the nurses interacted with me. Only thing is you will always find the front desk busy, but I get that they are helping someone on the phone. I always has to call and book an appointment instead of waiting at front desk. I see results on my leg after first session itself and end of 4 session I have a lot less hair to deal with.

Do not come here and if you do NOT use “rachelle” for botox !! i paid almost 600 for a frozen forehead and i said multiple times i dont want any movement at all and look at this. Not only do I have movement but i have creases and lines. This is after a touchup too. She does not know what she is doing at all or how to get the results you want. She offered a touchup for more money then the manager said it could give me droopy eye!! She is dangerous and does not care she just wants your money!! and the manager is so rude and does not offer any help at all!! Please go to another clinic!!

The spa requested I review their services after my appointment last month. I did not receive any response back, which was surprising due to my experience.

I was 5 months pregnant at the time and very excited for my half day of treatments at Bliss Spa. Although I did not expect a meal to be provided, I was disappointed to find out that they do not offer a lounge area with tea or snack bar while waiting or in between treatments. 4 hours is a long time to go without food or drink, and not once was I even offered a glass of water! It felt like the spa was unprepared for clients booked with multiple treatments. I was left for 10 minutes sitting on a bench in a cold hallway with my clothes in my hands after a relaxing massage. It just wasn’t the level of service I have experienced at previous spas. On top of this, I called two days ahead to ensure I could have my gel polish removed instead of the polish application that was included in my pedicure. The person I spoke with said it was no problem and added this service to my file. Upon arrival, the provider was not made aware of this and said it was not actually possible for her to do.

Although this provider was incredibly kind, it felt as though she, and my other provider had no experience with pregnant women. During my 4hr stay, I spent 3hrs flat on my back (which would’ve been longer if I had not asked to be sat up more, or for a pillow under my knees). Any provider who is dealing with pregnant women should know it is unsafe for them to lay flat on their backs for extended periods. Even while laying face down, I have always had RMT’s slide pillows under my shoulders for extra support. I realize I could have asked for this, but I try to be as low maintenance as possible for my treatments and did not want to make multiple requests. I was hoping the provider would have noticed how rounded my shoulders were as well as my neck and head being completely out of alignment due to the pregnancy mould.

I found it odd that I was not asked about my skin before products were selected for my facial..nor was I shown what was used. All I know is that my skin felt like an oil slick after, and even two days later, my skin does not feel or look the way it typically does post facial. I have a feeling the products that were used may have been too heavy for my skin type, which is typically blemish prone. It was also shocking to see how many times this provider had to leave the room during my treatments. I think I counted 7 times overall. This was interesting because I had a friend mention this about her experience as well prior to my visit. Overall I was expecting a much higher standard considering the amazing reviews from so many others. Very disappointing.

Jocey created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I really felt like she cared for my well-being. I also appreciated that right off the bat she said "ok no talking during the session". That was just what I needed to hear! Sometimes I feel like I need to talk but she made it perfectly clear we were there to zen out. I had the Indian head massage and loved it!

My go to spa! I have had various services done including laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and facial treatments. The spa is always tidy and they offer great packages. I always feel very comfortable going to G Spa. Stephanie is so helpful, informative and kind!

I really like this clinic. It has a great relaxing feel and the staff are all super nice. I just had a massage with Pam and she was awesome! She really listened to what I wanted as a focus and even helped out with tight hip issues I didn't even know were there! She had perfect pressure and made the massage feel really worth it. Came in to get my nails done and wow what an amazing experience! Nicole took the time to make sure my nails were to my liking and had an eye for details. I booked an appointment online for a manicure Friday for a Saturday wedding. Arrived on time for my appointment to be told " if no-one is available the appointment is pushed out 1 week. So disappointing that this is acceptable by a business.

Be aware of extra charge when you purchase a gift card!!! I gave a gift card as a gift and the only extra charge should be a tip. Wrong. They were charged extra for quick dry polish, which I have never beter charged before. And the one that got me was the charge for covid wipe down. Really you charge the customer for that? People are coming in to support you in hard times and you try to add on a charge like that. You need to post the extra charges and not spring them on the customer at the end and tell the person purchasing the gift card that extra charges may apply.

I booked an esthetician for my wedding party to do our make up the day of. The beach house was very accomadating and Emily did a fantastic job with the makeup. I was very appreciative to have someone come to the Nevis estate where we were staying.

I always love my experience here. Their lay down pedicure in the garden is one of my favourite with my husband or small group of friends. I have had many facials and medical aesthetician facials, pedicures and they have excellent items in their shop for gifts!! Highly recommend Nicole! I’ve got my family hooked on this spa too.

After some very disappointing consultations at other laser clinics, I was blown away at how helpful and informative Anu is! She really takes the time to care for your skin, provide as much information as possible and ensures you feel comfortable before and after every session. This place was unbelievably rude to me. What I describe is rude, it is not an excuses to use the pandemic as a reason to not smile, not talking politely, and disrespect clients. Apologizing is about owning up to your mistakes, not making excuses for them. I wanted to book a massage with a gift card I received. I emailed to see if I could get a massage without a mask on, and they said no in a rude email to me. They did not offer any other option to spend the gift card. I drove 40 minutes to their location to shop in their store. I had a mask on and they would not let me inside, they made me stand in the rain while they interrogate me as to 'what I wanted'. I told them I wanted to buy candles/spa stuff I saw on their website. The women said they did not have that stuff and she did not know what I was talking about. Eventually she told me to go home and order what I wanted online and I could drive back another day to pick it up. If you want to be shunned by others this is the place to go.

I went today for a facial and microderm and wow what great service I received. Stephanie was amazing during both treatments. She educated me through each service and also provided good advice on how to maintain great skin. The prices for the treatment were more than reasonable and you definitely found a new client in myself.

I had an amazing experience with Anu. I had signed up for full legs, arms, bikini, face and underarms. The laser treatment went very well, and I have seem great results! Anu is also very flexible and went out of her way to ensure that I was seeing results and made changes if needed. Also, I have done the cocoa enzyme facial with her and it significantly brightened my face! Overall, Anu was very professional and understanding and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Bliss really is rightly named. Yesterday I had my first facial by Nicole and it truly was blissful. The Spa was beautiful and immaculate. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. As I wasn't sure which facial to choose, Nicole first assessed my skin and recommended the best product to address my concerns. The whole process felt wonderful. I completely lost track of time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hand massage with paraffin. Altogether, a truly fabulous pampering experience! I will be back.

The products they use and carry, are all great quality. The location is also perfect as it’s close to home from where I live, and also on the borderline of Brampton and Woodbridge.

Depending on skin type, and skin needs - they assess and consult you on everything and make sure you get the care you need. My technician was Olivia and she does amazing work. This was my first time for lash extensions and wasn't sure what to expect but Olivia made feel very comfortable! I'm so happy with my new lashes!!
