It's a really cool museum displaying many of the shipwrecks for the area and how they happened.
A great visit to learn more about the Edmund.Fitzgerald and other ships that are shipwrecked

Great tribute to the fallen museum tells the story as good as it can be told
It was busy early so I can't say get there early. Lol Everyone had the same idea as us. Everyone working there were super friendly and helpful. There's a lot of reading to do. If your not a reader, may not be for you. We went the 3rd week in June there was I believe 6 little bld's to go into. The one with a small coastguard boat had a wonderful story teller in there answering questions. Mosquitoes were HORRIBLE!! But the water view was beautiful!. I bought a cpl souvenirs and a jar of raspberry jam! Delicious! Long ride back to the bld's but very scenic. There's lots of campgrounds along the way. Enjoy!
Plan for any weather. We had rain and sun then some more rain & wind... the best place to see Lake Superior!
Awesome museum with a great gift shop. The history is amazing. ❤️🌍 Go!
