Excellent meal there! We went for a special mother's day menu but had a celiac with us. They were incredibly accommodating about gluten-free! Even making a special risotto for him because the regular option for the table was pizza. They also gave gluten free pasta for the table which was very yummy, even for those of us that eat gluten.
10/10 and would return.

We brought a promo from Travel Zoo. $75 for 2 of us! We didn't realize they want a 48hr heads up for the promo, but they accommodated us:) This was out first visit and I want to come back when it's nice and try out the patio!

Went here for the first time and was very excited to try it. Sadly, I felt very underwhelmed. The portions for the prices were surprising. The bolognese we ordered was not a real bolognese at all and quite disappointing. The bean dip on happy hour tasted like a bland hummus with lots of oil. Super small portions all around.

Service was very strange and felt like we were rushed out and not cared for. We were brought our bill without asking for it or the server really telling us. Our server barely came around. The girls bringing our food also looked extremely disinterested in what they were doing. Would not go back

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! It was Dine Out Vancouver time so the prices were exceptionally reasonable. Great food and friendly service. The lighting is perfect!

A neighborhood Italian restaurant in Edgemont Village - great service and delicious meatballs, pizza and pasta. Reasonably priced, decent portions and delicious food. We enjoyed everything we had.

Great for groups, dates and happy hour. We recommend this local spot for a nice dinner with friends and family.

To the owners: You nailed the Dine Out experience compared to 90% of the restaurants. Great options, great value on the menu, incredible experience with no pressure to choose dine out or the regular menu 👌

With two locations and a third one looming on the horizon, Bufala Edgemont serves delicious Napolitana pizza and Italian food. Featured here:

Olives
Truffle Fries
Tuscan Bean Dip
Brussel Sprouts
Rigatoni
Margherita Pizza
Calabria Pizza
Spaghetti & Burrata

Didn't taste much truffle in the Truffle Fries and it smelled a bit too strongly of pecorino romano for some of us. My husband isn't too fond of cheese in general whereas myself and our daughter both love cheese. However, even she and I found the cheese to be a bit of a turnoff this time.

The pizza on the other hand could have done with a bit more cheese on it. We love ooey, gooey, stretchy cheese but there was no "cheese pull" to be had with these pizzas.

Aside from the cheese being too much or too little, we loved the food here. My husband said his Calabria Pizza was very tasty. My daughter and I enjoyed the flavor of the Margherita Pizza, and we all loved that the pizzas had a nice, crispy crust.

Earlier this year we had dined nearby at another pizza & pasta restaurant where the pizza crust had been quite disappointing so we were over the moon when we discovered how crispy the pizza crust was at Bufala.

There were these three bottles on the table. Each one contained a different flavor of oil which the server told us was meant to be eaten with the pizza. The green oil was a Rosemary Herb flavored oil, and this same oil had been on top of our Tuscan Bean Dip. We loved this oil! It tasted awesome on the Tuscan Bean Dip and wonderful with the pizza as well.

Spaghetti and Burrata was by far, my favourite dish of the evening. It's described as having kale pesto, Italian burrata and toasted pumpkin seeds on it; I was very sure that I could also taste lemon in it although lemon wasn't mentioned on the menu.

This place is my new favourite for pizza & pasta on the North Shore, and I very much hope to dine here again sometime!

Food was excellent. We ordered olives, pizzas, dip, and garlic prawns. All but the prawns were from the Happy Hour menu which had a very decent selection.

Service and ambience were good. The restaurant is spacious and modern. We sat in the patio which was lovely with plants and herbs. Live music may have made it even more pleasant than it already was but it was early. I liked that we could hear our own conversation even though the patio filled up quickly after 6pm.

Edgemont Village gets busy so come early to find limited free street parking. We were lucky to find a spot. I think we noticed free underground parking when we left, below the Thrifty's.

Overall, my whole family was happy with the birthday experience. We stuck with water and our bill averaged well under $30 per person after tax and gratuity. Definitely returning, as it now ranks up there amongst my favourite Italian restaurants.
