I came a year ago, in that time food was ok and service was slow. I came again (Sunday morning around 9:15) and I waited more than 45 minutes for breakfast for 4 people, the place was pretty empty. Chilaquiles were a little dry and salsas were with no salt, beans were kind of cold, side salads were with not flavor, just olive oil and that’s it. Definitely needs a lot of improvement, but I hardly come back.

Got a chorizo burrito. Wasnt the best ive ever had, maybe a bit of salsa needed and a tad high on the price but i would get it again. It was wholesome with what feels like home made ingredients, crispy shell and perfectly warmed. Some places heat it up and its cold in the centre at some places and overly hot on the outside, but this was great.

As a grab and go, i would recommend this place.

I visited the Corner Stone before and after the renovations. Prior it was a nice place to grab a rather affordable brunch. After the renovations (which look amazing) I was a bit annoyed by the service, which took over 5 minutes to even get acknowledged and seated with a mostly empty restaurant. Once seated I got friendly service, however the food left much to be desired. I ordered the chilaquiles (divorced to try both salsas) and I've never been so underwhelmed by a version of this dish. The salsa was cold and tasted like it was from a bottle. Chilaquiles are supposed to be served hot after stewing the tortillas briefly in the hot salsa, and that was what I was expecting. The refried beans likewise seemed like they were from a can and were bland. For the price I paid it was a disappointing meal. Perhaps it was an off day, but it is unlikely I will be back.

Amazing local coffee shop with great coffee, sandwiches and sweets. The scones, although not overly sweet, were incredibly tasty.
The cozy atmosphere was so pleasant, as well.
Highly recommended.

I loved the food and the atmosphere so much! The open space really emphasized the great neighbourhood! The food was slow to be served but, nevertheless, I recommend trying out their their breakfast menu!! I will definitely be coming back here again :)

Cute little bistro nestled in a fairly residential area of North Vancouver. They also have a small grocery store section.

The Mexican Benny had tasty crumbled chorizo and the side order of bacon was perfectly crispy. While the hash browns weren't exactly crispy, they were still pretty good and worked well to sop up the sauce and runny yolks.

Ham and cheese breakfast bowl was quite filling. The food seemed to take a while to come out so a good idea to order something to drink while you wait like the London Fog or hot chocolate with whipped cream.
