Absolutely wonderful service for mine and my husbands wedding anniversary 29th June 2024 food was lovely dj was amazing should I ever need a party venue I know where I am coming really accommodating nothing was too much trouble

Our hunger was satisfied but more so our want for great service was satisfied and beyond! “Leah” was fantastic to deal with, a lovely glow and personality! we will definitely be back! If not for the food then for the service thank you again Leah! Hope to see you next time.

We came here a few times before makeover, yes it was dated and need remodeling inside, other than food portions were great definitely value for money. We visited recently and liked the changes made to decor but unfortunately the food portion sizes had shrunk, still got a varied menu and good choices but the size of the meals have shrunk. Same good service

Twice I've been to the cocked hat and eaten the ribs and chicken combo, you get a nice big plate full with chips, onion rings, pot of coleslaw and a corn on the cob, lots of sauces to choose from that are on the tables there for you. All in all very filling and tasty and very nice polite staff, great new refurbished decor and excellent outside seating area to catch the sun with a chilled atmosphere. Leah cleared our table and she was lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this place. 👌

Had a family meal here, large party attended. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Atmosphere was lovely and the whole pub inside and out including the toilets was immaculate. Food - 10 out 10. Not one of our party left anything on their plate, wait time was next to nothing and price was very affordable. 100% will be visiting again. Thankyou for a lovely meal.

Some of the staff were lovely however, food took over an hour to come out. In all fairness it was fairly busy but my food came out over an hour late and my friends’ food took a similar amount of time. One member of staff was a little rude towards our group and spoke to us as if we were children.

The biggest thank you to Claire and her team at the Cocked Hat. We booked here for my Grandmothers wake, and we are so pleased we did. I highly recommend for any function, you will not be disappointed.
Claire the manager has been truly amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and made the whole process seamless and stress free.
The spread that they put on was amazing and everyone was commenting on how good the food was.
The area we had for the wake was perfect and Claire was so attentive during the whole time.
