Friendly shop owner, excellent price on a discount leather belt. I got two (one brown, one black), 14 euros. I’m not picky about style but the designs were lovely. I realized when I left, the size wasn’t right. I went back and they fixed it on the spot for free. Being kind and friendly is met with kindness and friendliness. Thank you for a great experience.

Tourists beware! Dishonest prices and rude owner. Bought a leather bag for 120 Euros, no marked price on the bag. Got home and realised the stitching at the base of the bag was obviously visible. When I went to exchange the bag for another, I saw that the price on another bag of the same kind was 89 Euros! The owner loudly insisted the lower price was a mistake, not willing to admit that they had marked up the price seeing I was a tourist. He angrily exploded in insults and mockery, even pulling at his eyes to mock our “Asian eyes” and repeatedly asking us if we could even understand what he was saying. Afterwards, when I asked a leather professional to estimate the price of the bag I purchased, he stated the bag was of poor quality and only worth around 30 Euros. Overall, you will not find good quality items, fair prices or good service at this store. A store to avoid at all costs.

Stopped into this place on a whim and found a purse that I loved the style but not the color. They found the color I wanted at a different location and were able to bring it to me over night which I really appreciated. I do want to add that yes, you might see something that looks exactly the same for a much lower price but they're not the same. I bought my purse for $140 and someone else in my group bought what looked like the same purse for $20 somewhere else. By the end of one night of use you can definitely see the difference. The cheaper ones start to crumple almost immediately.
