This place is the best kept secret for summer camps. My son has attended 2 years in a row and has had an amazing time. The teachers are enthusiastic and love what they do and it shows through the children. Now because so much of the Arts have been removed from our schools children hardly get to have fun and learn something at the same time. Encore provides that for kids during the summer and I am so happy that I found them.
We needed an event space for a memorial event at pretty short notice. Staff we very helpful and accommodating. Went off without a hitch and particularly appreciated Tanya's efforts to make us feel welcome and looked after.
My wedding experience was delightful, my husband had used Encore before for a music video. I had never been or heard of it. The storm the day before the wedding made me very nervous, the staff stayed late during the storm allowing us to set up. The day of the wedding the storm was a distant memory and the venue was perfect. I can’t imagine a better place to have had my wedding. The staff was very insightful, flexible, and determined. We really appreciate all of the hard work, Thank You all!
The service here was not good at all! If you do book here, I highly recommend going with outside vendors and paying the fee. DO NOT use their services. The staff here is all over the place and no one ever seems to know what is going on. We booked several appointments with them to go over extra details before our event and each time we would show up no one seemed to know about our SCHEDULED appointments. They were very hard to get a hold of when we needed help the day of the event. The only time someone came around was when our time with the venue was up and they came to scream at us to get out. Our appetizers came out an hour late and were cold and on top of that were all put out at a table when we had told the staff we wanted people to be serving them after they asked what we preferred. Our desserts were never served. People setting up the tables and chairs had very bad attitudes. One of the tablecloths that they were using was stained and when asked if they could provide a new one they responded to "just turn it inside out." I do not recommend booking here. Just go with a different place to avoid dealing with how dysfunctional everything is here. Pay more and have better quality with people who are actual professionals.
I recently attended a wedding at this location, I went to drop off the wedding cake early around noon, not a single person to help direct me to the right location. Later in the evening I was confronted by the owner of the establishment for parking in the parking for the event, "There was a wedding happening" is what the owner yelled at me, as I held the invitation in hand. The hall was in horrid conditions the floor was dirty, there was black gum spots (like the ones you see on public sidewalk) on the floor, utensils and plates were dirty most definitely not water stains. The food was served almost two hours late from the time scheduled. The owner and the securities were walking around the hall pointing at people, owner also proceeded to walk around with pistol holder untucked mean mugging the guest. Without a doubt an unprofessional setting, environment, management and staff. I would not recommend this event center to anyone .
This place was super unprofessional. The staff and owner were rude. The food was served late. We were supposed to eat at 6:30pm and we didn’t get served till 8pm. The staff parked in the parking lot that was reserved for the wedding guests and the owner was upset we parked in the parking lot reserved for us. He yelled at us and told us the parking lot was closed due to a wedding and we told him we were gusts and he said it didn’t matter. The venue was dirty, there were utensils on the floor and there was dust everywhere. All the staff were unpleasant people. I wouldn’t recommend having any type of party here.
The Plein de Vie event hosted by Rose Soiree was fun and the people turned up with the food, dancing and all the bottle service. Encore is a great location to put on an a big event.
