My beloved mother passed away last year (January)and I wanted to have her name/date and a phrase added to the tombstone. The tombstone is already there because my sister was buried there in 1976. I called in February and Ray said it can be done same as my sisters engraving . My son paid in full. After waiting over 8 months my son was called and told the job was complete. I went to the cemetery and I have never been so disappointed when I saw the work done on the stone. The font was thin and not even the size of my sisters engraving done in 1976, my mothers name was so small. If the job couldn’t be done correctly the way I asked for it to be I should have been called and given the option to leave out the phrase or whatever caused the engraving to be such small thin lettering. I don’t feel Ray should have completed the job without notifying me or my son about this issue. My mother deserved better than that for the life she lived.
