I love working at Sage! One of the most special experiences so far has been to witness Sage's contribution as a National Partner of the Canada Games. Being able to attend and work the event in person and experiencing the excitement of the Niagara 2022 Summer Games, made me feel proud that Sage is supporting the ambitions of Canada's best young athletes.

Talent development - no good. Interim people do not get hired, much rather hire external, Been here 20+ yrs seen everything - high turnover HR - supposed to be a dept you look up to

Horrible company. Like others have said below me - DO NOT give your credit card information, they will keep it on file and autorenew every year, even if you did not give them authority to do so and will not offer any kind of refund.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE THUS FAR

I have been waiting almost 4 days now for HELP. I have been misdirected 3 times, I have been on hold, only to be told they cannot help me, then to speak to someone, to have them transfer me to a Level 2 CSR as apparently that is what I need, only to be disconnected. This has happened multiple times. The last call that I have been waiting on, I have been on hold for 3.5 hours, only to be hung up on once the CSR answers the phone. So I call back explain what happened ask them to document in my account notes, for the CSR to tell me there is nothing they can do, I must sit on hold again and wait, even though I waited for 3.5 hours, and was hung up on.

I have been patient, I am getting angry and frustrated now. No one is helping me they just expect me to sit and wait even though this is what I have done for 4 days. 4 Days do you think that is fair waiting for help. I am sure it is something simple and fixable BUT it is beyond me, that is why I pay for the care aspect so I can have help. BUT yet help is still eluding me.....

So anyone have any ideas ?? I am now on my probably 15 call sitting on hold right now at 2 hour 15 mins..... still here on HOLD

I need some HELP or Sage needs a better system

Horrible Program! In 2017 I paid $399.00, 2018 I paid $439.00, then today I received a bill for $517.00 all plus tax. That's a 30% increase in 2 years with no upgrades to the program. The program hasn't changed in years and I'm paying increasingly higher fees for nothing. In 2017 when they tried to charge an expired credit card that they had on file they cut off access to my payroll section of my program due to "tax codes" and held my company hostage until I settled the bill. I wasn't able to pay my employees for over a week while they processed my payment and sent over the update. Worst part was I input the tax codes manually based on each employee so I don't even use their automatic tax codes. Horrible company to work with and if it was financially viable, I would switch over in a heart beat.

Terrible customer service! I had a charge put on the wrong card, personal vs company card. Same day I called back to have it reversed. I was told it was it would be done within the next business day. Its been over a month, and still nothing. I have called 3 times during this time. There is no extensions, and nobody to talk to directly. Each time I need to wait 15 minutes before I can be transfered to the right party.
