Had a toilet replaced, as well as replacing the main stack in the basement which was very old, cracked and leaking. The pipes to the toilet, bathtub and sink were poorly set up as well. Eric and Nick did all of this work efficiently and effectively. Both of these men were courteous, friendly and respectful. They did the work, removed all the old pipes and toilet, and cleaned up the area. I am very pleased and feel much more secure about the safety of the plumbing now. Good work, Eric and Nick!

He explained what he was doing and offered solutions and alternatives. Lance answered all my questions with clear information. In spite of secondary issues that came up, he completed the job in a timely manner. This is the third time I have had such excellent service, I will call on these folks with any plumbing issue.

This is the second time we've hired this company for plumbing work. Both times they were able to come out on short notice, get the job done quickly and to a high standard, and acted very professionally while here. We would definitely hire again and recommend to others. My first experience with this Company was in 2022 when they unclogged a bath tub drain and installed a new faucet for my bathroom sink. The service response was timely, Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean! In 2023, I relied on this Company again to uninstall and then reinstall the water line when I replaced the refrigerator and, again, it was a very positive, similar experience! Most recently, I again contacted this Company to address a drainage issue and was pleased with the continuity of timeliness, professionalism, effort and cleanliness that Eric displayed. This Company has provided the best consistent quality of service of any plumbing company that I have used in 34 years living in Ottawa!
