This is one of the best boutique firms in Manhattan if not THE best. As an agent here I’m very appreciative of the fact that they understand and respect what being a self-employed contractor means. Many if not most other firms do not.

What an amazing well run and connected real estate office! The people are not only amazing but so efficient and you as a buyer or seller never have to worry as they take care of everything Craig, the owner is the best realtor I've ever dealt with..... He has handled a few domestic properties for me and if I need a question answered, he's not even 6 minutes to getting back to me to answer my question. All realtors should be like him and organization and it would take away the stress from buying or selling property! I wish my foreign realtors had the positive outlook and knowledge that Craig and his group have! Thank you Craig for all you do everyday!!!

I've been trying to get into contact with an agent for days now, to no avail. I call the company number, and I'm sent to a voicemail stating I'm trying to reach "Red Sparrow Realty"... Is this even a real agency???

I found an apartment online which was a perfect fit for me online. I called Sarah Doucette. She was professional, respond fast to all my questions and had a lot of knowledge of rental market.

I will definitely use their service again and for sure recommend to all my friends.
