Stellar Management

Worst company ever ,we don’t have hot water since Sunday 4/28 and the manager from the Blgd acting like diva when you asking when is the hot water is going to be fix , he told me to take him to court

Stellar Management company does not take care of their building. The trash is everywhere at the front by the sidewalk. It is very disgusting to walk by every day. I don’t live in this building but from my experience this management company should be investigated and fined.

I have also just had a very negative experience with Stellar Management. First of all, they are difficult to get into contact with. Nobody picks up their personal lines or the main office line. Second, when sending over my detailed information, they were not helpful or accommodating. but instead quite combative. In the end it turned out to be a bad experience for both me and the tenant who's lease I was trying to take over.

My experience w/ the management office is shocking .. False advertisement by realtors focus on stereotypes of minorities . They definitely dont have your best interest at heart. Absolutely no solid base communication not jus a language barrier for one group of ppls. Red Flags. False advertisement .. Red Flag ..Market price rental 's Low thriving neighborhoods . Asking for ur rent to be paid 1 or 2 years up front pertaining to how low frequency you present yourself during negotiation with Agents. Which other minorities are not met w/ those alternatives yet alone forth coming genuinely. They 're very clever w/ their presentation 🤓

Absolute cowards. They will nickel and dime and ignore you otherwise. Much less than stellar if you can call the scam they’re running “management”. Avoid at all costs, and feel free to reach out for my own personal experience and screenshots and receipts of their ineptitude. Don’t bother deleting the comment, I will just make more.

The worst management ever! I have gave them back my keys for about two months and still I have not gotten back my deposit! do not do any business with them! They won't answer your calls and they won't answer your emails. You have do deal with court to get back your money!

Contacting them is impossible. I tried calling them with questions about my lease— Lady says she doesn’t know and told me to send her an email with the question and she’ll forward it to the office. Did that, never got anything back after 2 weeks. Asked for an update and she never responded. Tried calling their phone number several times and nothing. My roommate calls several times and nothing. Just horrible
