Shady Lane RV Camp

Super nice and helpful people/owners.... it's a good place to stay overnight, sites were really level, I'll stay again on my way back east.

Older property, but clean, level gravel sites. Wonderful owner, Don, showed me to my spot and gave me time to get set up before checking in at the office. Easy to get to from 15 and convenient to town. Clean bathroom and showers. Got a handy map of the area from Don. Permanent residents are very friendly. As others have said, don’t judge a book by its cover. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night. Real nice place right off highway 15. Great stopping off place to get some R&R. Full hookups. Hosts were very nice and very helpful.

A little off the beaten path, but we like that. Not near the frwy or train tracks is a plus! Quiet. Filled up quick after we arrived! Needs a little updating & TLC. Slept well!

Very nice and quaint campground, great management, friendly folks, clean facilities and close to town. We really enjoyed our stay!

Shady Lanes is the perfect half way spot for many of our adventures. A remnant of a bygone era the spot is clean and the folks are very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a nicer spot to just hang out for the evening. Yes, there are some long-term folks, but what the heck everyone has got to have someplace to live. The bathroombathrooms are clean the showers work, and there is laundry facilities if needed. Just down the road is one of the last drive in movies. If you’re in the area check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

I agree it is a hidden gem. An unexpected overnight found us at Shady Lane and the service provided by Robert was exceptional. I also used the restroom and laundry. Both were kept very clean. Updates would bring more interest, but I am sure the reasonable price would go up. I will stay again if in the area.
