Literally the best ice cream you’ll find anywhere. All the flavors are unique and developed by hand by the employees themselves. It’s affordable, the staff themselves are amazing, and you get flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Also, s/o Gio for coming up with the best flavors!

The Razzle Dazzle is probably the best ice cream I've ever had! Really creamy with delicious flavor. The cookies and cream is also the best version of that flavor I've had. Highly recommend.

The ice cream at Alphabet Scoop isn't terrible, it's just no better than the average supermarket freezer section ice cream. The chocolate chip cookie dough had so few chunks of cookie dough, it seemed like they were skimping to save money. The lack of chunks accentuated the dullness of their vanilla flavor and I wound up throwing it out, as did one of my companions. I never leave bad reviews, but precious money was wasted here. This place is a head scratcher considering the many great options in NYC. Everyone deserves a second chance though, and I'll try it again when I see a trend of reviews that note substantial improvement.

Kudos to Alphabet Scoop for supporting teen jobs. For that reason they deserve support.

Super friendly staff. Taste is okay - not the fancy gelato type but more like homemade ice cream. A little too sweet in my opinion. Recommend the matcha flavor and salted caramel/butter pecan if you can handle sweet

It is hard to get to the shop with a stroller but I made it there and we ordered a chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. My kid loved it and kept repeating “Yummy “ over and over.
