Excellent apartment complex. The management (Daniel) and staff (Mario) are amazing and always take care of their residents. Neighbors and community are patient and abide by apartment policy.

Have lived here for 6 years. Very clean. Daniel and Mauro are always available and friendly. Daniel is very attentive to details, he walks the garage and the floors everyday. Neighbors are friendly, building is secure. We have no desire to leave.

I've been here nearly 10 years and am very happy with the property. It's a secure, medium size complex of 46 units, includes gated underground parking, and has an excellent on-site property manager (Daniel) as well as on-site maintenance (Mauro). Daniel is attentive and professional, and does things throughout the year to make residents feel welcome. Coupled with Maura's professional and fast on-site support, the units are well maintained. Great soundproofing between units as well. Solid value, highly recommend.

Avira has been the best place to live. My family and I really enjoyed all our time here. We lived here for the last 4 years and it has been phenomenal.

The staff is Wonderful very responsive and helpful. Daniel is an amazing apartment manager. Mauro the Facilities and maintenance engineer is TOP tier.

The place is awesome, cozy home, Units include AC small kitchen but open bar. Has a hot tub on site and next door to a little park for kids. Management is cool been helpful. But we've had alot of problems with stuff being stolen. Our truck was stolen on the 1st night. We had our Cataletic converter stolen off our work van, out car has been gon through on a few occasions but minimal taken. Golf clubs that were in the underground parking lot in my spot were stolen never found out who did it. Even though 📷 pointed right at my spot. And it's in a locked area so another tented stole them.😔 the groundsman is perfect he is always on time and helping as best as he can. Over all place is better than most places in San Jose. FYI renters insurance wouldn't cover the items we had stolen. For the price and location it's one of the best places I've lived in SJ hands down. They also do building dinners with food truck and cool stuff. 😎

Great experience living here. Was able to sign a lease last minute on a late Friday afternoon upon first visit with Valerie, who is extremely helpful and friendly. The property is well-built and well-maintained. The maintenance gentleman is super responsive and nice. One of the best property I have lived.

I've just renewed my lease a few days ago, for another 6 months. It will be my third year here now. My place feels cozy and just like home. It's a cute, bright, and safe apartment. The management and maintenance, Daniel and Chris, are very prompt, friendly and professional. Anytime I need anything repaired or replaced, Chris is quick and does a great job. This is a great community to live at.
