The guy was very hospitable and nice. To my surprise, he warmed up the chicken in a nearby microwave when I ordered my shawarma. Not a big deal. He proceeded to make me one of the worst shawarma’s I have ever tasted. It was too saucy, the pita wasn’t warmed up and the chicken was soggy. Wouldn’t recommend. I have gone there and the other items on the menu taste great but I would not recommend getting the chicken shawarma.
A big fan of the hospitality of the staff. I arrived too late in the day to get lamb, as it was sold out. The fresh laffa is perfect! The house salad is well made and full of flavour.
Hot and Delicious 🤤🤤🤤🔥🔥🔥, meat is juicy and tender, salad is fresh and crisp, sauce is Hot and burning but super tasty 😋, unrejectable.
The customer service at this store is top notch, never been to a shawarma place where the customer is treated like royalty haha.
However the prices are quite steep, $20 for a plate.

Hospitality is great as well, attendant is also friendly and respects everyone.
Also they gave good suggestions if a person gets confused.
They make their own hot sauce which is so good.

Customer service is what makes it even better, Hassan is an exceptional operator, he always makes you feel welcomed, and he’s great at what he does!
I highly recommend the chicken Schnitzel plates and Laffas!

Was told about this place for making a killer shawarma so I drove to the Dufferin in langstaff area.
From the moment you walked in you're treated like a VIP. The problem with a lot of shawarma places is they store their chicken on their hot table for who knows how long and they don't make their own pita wraps. Here at Mr laffa they make their own pitas and they cut the chicken off the spit. Very very good they're baklavas were excellent and they were very nice people. The shawarma was excellent I just get chicken pickles and garlic. The baklavas were very very good this is a highly recommended place. I would say in my top three shawarma places in Vaughan. Thanks to the team at Mr LAFFA
