My new favourite Vietnamese restaraunt in Calgary. Loved the 41 and spring rolls are AMAZING!! Great music too :)
Just moved to Boucherville few months ago. Been ordering there for a while now upon thinking this Subway was good. I kept ordering because im pregnant and i have alot of allgeries to eat else where. I received my last order i said this is enough to receive not the proprer ingredients and sandwhiches that are not fresh at all lettuces looks like been sitting there for days also theres an option on the application for less or more I choose more because its giving me that option for a reason. I kindly wrote a complaint to the head office, then I get a phone call directly from the manager or owner what ever she sais she is giving me a speech for making a complaint on the Subway Website of this location for my previous order that I received not eatable and she started stating I should stop eating at this location I washe is very disrespectful she states she is the supervisor then she is the owner as if I should put white gloves on to speak to her. I use to Own a Subway for a few years thats not the way to give any order and especially being disrespectful its unacceptable to treat any human this way. She was being racist of me speaking in english. This is completely unacceptable. Especially being 6 months pregnant and getting treated this way.
Located inside SHN hospital.. have a variety of bowls sandwiches paninis and soups … easy to grab something on the go ..!! Very friendly staffs ..!! Clean and neatly maintained.
Absolutely delicious food and warm, kind service. Highly suggest anyone to visit here for authentic flavor. We ordered the Bombay Special and it was plenty of food for two people. Wish I lived here, I would come back often!

Cute shop, food is tasy and of quality, loved my dirty chai, and customer service is great. They give a personal touch. They even sell day olds that are still so soft. I'll have to try them next time.
Hi. We have picked up Croissants & treats to go before but today was the first time we ate in for breakfast and the service was terrible. The woman who brought our order was impatient and down right rude. One of our breakfast orders was incorrect and we said “no problem, it looks delish.” With no real acknowledgement or answer. We asked for water to accompany our breakfast (we had ordered coffees, breakfast and bunch of croissants to go) and after sighing and not verbally answering she brought one glass of water, we asked for a second water and she sighed and rolled her eyes. Again, the food was good but won’t be going back - it was really not enjoyable.
The only thing is that this bakery has too many good options to choose from, we’ll have to come back often to try it all. If you don’t suffer from decision paralysis, you’ll love it here. After much deliberation we settled on the strawberry mocha 😍🤤 And the classic breakfast sandwich which was beyond excellent.
The bakery has an eclectic array of art and atmosphere here is very chill and welcoming. The staff was really cool as well, the owner really cares and it resonates throughout. Will definitely be making regular visits here, could easily become our own version of Central Perk😅❤️

Owner is a fraud, he did not agree to the terms and condition of Subway (not following subways's buy one get one free), we had to travel 5 kms extra because of it.
We ordered two chicken plates with pasta salad . The chicken tastes weird ( reheated ) and the pasta salad sauce was not fresh at all , we couldnt eat a bite. We called the store to give them our feedback and concern , the person on the phone was so rude he did not respect our feedback and his answer was ( we serve it like this for everybody) . This is the last time we order anything from this store.

And let's talk about that coffee – delicious, served in pretty ceramic mugs. Plus points for being disability-friendly from entrance to seating (I'm unsure about the bathroom situation as I did not use it). In the past I recall really enjoying the Croissant Express Bakery. It is a nice spot to enjoy a croissant or pastry - which I like. I had the French toast today and did not enjoy it. They over soaked the bread in the eggs, and cooked it on the same frying pan as an omelet or something that tasted like green onions. I still like the real maple syrup and the fruits were decent, but won’t be buying food from here again.
What a special place! Finding Artisan was (as Bob Ross would say) “a happy little mistake”!

Supposed to be open 24hrs! Showed up at 11:55pm on Feb. 12th. The guy inside named Ansh had the door locked because he mopped the floor & said I have to wait 5 minutes. But he should have mopped floor later in the morning (3-4am) when there are no customers. So after I waited over 10min in the freezing cold he then washed his hands, had a few drinks of water, checked his phone, then started preparing online orders while looking at me still waiting outside in the freezing cold. He did not unlock the door until 12:17am. Absolutely worst service!!! Never make a customer wait out in the cold or lock your doors when your SERVICE COMMITMENT to your PAYING customers is to be OPEN 24 hours not locked until you feel like serving a customer.
I ordered on Uber eats and found the Portion to be super small. It was good but for the price there is bigger portions available. There was little beef and little veggies as well.
Artisan is awesome!! Delicious pastry, perfect coffee, inviting atmosphere.. My personal favourite: chocolate filled almond croissant and cappuccino! Take home a sourdough loaf or a fresh pizza dough for supper! Sean the owner is super friendly and always great to chat with. Highly recommend!
Service have been very poor. I have visited couple of times, and i asked them to apply a coupon which was valid but they refused saying it doesn't work at our restaurant. It was just an excuse, they added we spoke to our manager and he couldn't give any answer on that. Those coupens are made for us to save some money but in this restaurant they don't accept. They just make unnecessary excuse. Please don't visit if you are going with a coupon. Service is not good though.

Sunday February 4th 3:08AM , I'm writing this second review as an update on my first review below. I was served by a different person and as I was ready to pay I included tip in my price and as I wanted to pay the guy who attended me cancelled my order and told me not to tip. I asked why, and he responded that the owner does not pay out tips and that the owner keeps all the tips to themselves. To the owner of this Subway pay your workers, stop taking their tip money. I handed this person cash as his tip in order for him to keep it since the owner wont pay tipouts. Shame on you.

Honestly I love it here. I always get the 44 (beef pho) and usually the pork spring rolls (19). It’s my go to pho place. Staff is super nice, and they’re pretty quick.
Great friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere. Authentic Indian cuisine with reasonable prices. Our server Ali helped us with our selections for a tastfull dinner experience. Will return regularly.
This is my go to for Indian food - and I’m Indian. Very tasty, great portions and selection. I get it delivered at least once a month. It’s been around for years and we used to eat on site as a family quite often.

The guys at the counter are awesome, great service, grilled food to perfection. had the Torino Plate with grilled sausages, grilled chicken and mouth watering grilled beef. Salads are super fresh even at 8:36 pm when they close at 9. I rase my hat to you guys! You are top notch quality and delicious awesomeness! Thanks

It was my second time when I didnt have the great experience. I got a chicken teriyaki salad and this is what they gave me And the last time I asked she argued with me .I worked at subway for a while so I know how much quantity we are allowed to put but this is not the amount they are supposed to put .!
Great variety of products. Lots of fun baked options, and pretty good coffees. Dog friendly is a nice touch. Wish there was a bit more seating inside, but the cozy atmosphere adds to the charm. Prices can add up quick, but there are economical options if you're not looking to break the bank.
Great Indian restaurant with the best Butter Chicken. Choice to make your dishes not too spicy for those that can't eat spicy or more for those that prefer it. Bring all my friends here frequently.
They have very good croissants and a cute atmosphere but recently their croissants have gotten a lot smaller - shrinkflation. They used to be 3x the size.
One of my places to eat at the food court of carrefour Laval. I usually get the chicken and merguez plater. I find the portion of protein is small for the price. The red rice is better than the regular one. The white rice is too wet, in my opinion. There is a lot of choice for the sides. Service wise can be improved. They are in such a rush that asking for extra even tho you pay for it, it seems annoying to them ... price is nowhere cheaper than eating at the restaurant, but when you need a quick bite, it can do.
A great dining experience, food is wonderful and filling and top quality. Eaten here several times and will be future customers for sure!
Ordered the 5 spice seafood and received Tufo. Did not follow how my food was and she had to ask if I also ordered spring rolls 😡. Listening skills are key! They did adjust it and did not charge but that was not the point!
Subway on William, the sandwich artist was polite and knowledgeable, asked all questions and I could tell she likes her job, I can’t give the credit deserves since she didn’t have a name tag, but management here should be happy with their employee doing what I would consider an excellent job and I left happy and that doesn’t happen very often
Owners are cheaping out on staff. One poor woman had to work alone during the dinner rush trying to please the growing in person line while also trying to manage the online orders all by herself. Customers were getting angry waiting but it was not her fault. She should have other staff to support her.

Used to order from here all the time, food quality and service has depleted terribly. Asked for “extra veggies” in our soups (extra $8) and this was what we got.

It was quick but the lady here completely messed up sub. I told her no olives or cucumbers. She added cucumbers. Then I asked for chipotle southwest and SE gave me Sriracha. I won't be coming back to this place. If you go here and a woman with a turban is working here be careful. The speaker for the music is broken and doesn't work properly. Wouldn't recommend 😡

Good location, always been the local go-to since it's 24 hrs. Met the owner and he's a really cool guy, the workers sometimes are not the most helpful in my experience.
Walked in to the store. The lone employee was preparing sandwiches for what I assume was a pick up.
I was completely ignored, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Waited several minutes for some sign but after five minutes I had to give up on getting any service.
I am fairly certain that doesn't meet Subways employee standards.

Went there because we heard from other people that the pizza was good. I must say it was amazing. We ordered a bottle of wine and a medium meat lovers and it was fully loaded with toppings. We had some leftovers and will be heating them up tomorrow. The owner is such a sweetheart and makes you feel very welcomed.
Excellent bakery! The croissants were extremely delicious 🤤 First time having a multi grain croissant, and i was really impressed how good and fresh it tasted. 😋 Their coffee is ok. Their sandwiches are excellent; flavourful and BiG portions of chicken. They have cozy seating inside and a nice patio. Friendly staff too. Overall a great experience, and highly recommend!

The matcha is relatively low quality and had very little matcha taste. The mille feuille was overbaked. The figs added nothing to the pastry as the prominent flavour was just sweet.
Would not recommend either items.

Waited 30 minutes for a sub to be made while one poor overworked employee juggled multiple tasks: making subs for one customer in front of me, stopping to make sure multiple racks of bread were being baked and appropriately seasoned, then to fulfill multiple online orders before I could order.

I have heard good things about their croissants from my friends and I came to pick up some croissants on a Saturday morning, but I wasn’t quite impressed with them.
They have good variety of cold and hot croissants and the prices vary somewhere between $3.5 (plain croissant) to $8 (cheese croissant). I ordered Almond Croissant, Pistachio Croissant and Chocolate Croissant. Almond croissant was too sweet for my taste, the chocolate croissant didn’t have much fillings, but I liked the pistachio croissant. I noticed they added the fillings after the croissant was baked, which wasn’t what I expected.

We had the absolute best experience working with Sean and his team! They catered my vegan baby shower and I could not have asked for a better team to work with. They were so responsive, the guests absolutely raved about the food and the ordering, delivery and payment process was seamless. They included the sweetest hand written card which made the order feel personal and showed how much they appreciated the support of their small business. We will absolutely be ordering from them regularly moving forward and using them every opportunity we can for future events and celebrations.
I would have given half star for food but that is not available. I ordered kikin chicken and green goddess but they didn’t have any ingredients available no habanero mozzarella and no green goddess chicken. The chicken was raw and not even cooked . Horrible food waste of money.

I went there to had a sub, there was no one in the store, I was the only customer. The employee kept on ignoring me I was waiting for her to start making my order, I started ordering and she just cut me in the middle and went, she just asked me my choice of bread and went again, I was standing and waiting for so long that I had to leave without getting anything and the subway employee didn’t even bother to stop me and kept ignoring. Store management should really look into this, who are they keeping and how are they attending customers.
Came 15 mins before closing today and the woman that was working had the door locked, she opened with a very ugly attitude ‘what do you want?’ We clearly wanted to order but her body language and tone of voice was horrible. Never coming back again.

I have been ordering take out from Golden Bell for a few years now (preferably the 17 ave location as they tend to give a bigger portion than the Bridgeland location) and have always been pleased with their vermicelli boxes.
I usually get the super bowl vermicelli (74B) or the char-broiled pork, shredded pork, pork meatball, and spring roll vermicelli (64). There is a nice variety and amount of meats, which are tenderly cooked and always arrive still hot. The sauce that the super bowl meats are cooked in add a nice sweet (and perhaps mildly charred) flavor to the vermicelli so you do not just eat it with the fish sauce that it comes with. Spring rolls are crispy and have a good amount of pork/vermicelli/carrot. I definitely finish these bowls feeling quite full and for the price, is quite worth it!

came here two nights in a row for take out. got the garlic bread w cheese, fries, and garlic sauce. they quite literally have the best garlic bread and garlic sauce ive ever had, and the woman working at the front was sooo friendly and even remembered us the second night we came! would definitely recommend coming here :)

Never had such a terrible Subway sandwich. Very few toppings. I counted four pieces of green pepper. Experience has turned me off Subway.
After having Tim Hortons for lunch for an entire week, I decided to give La Prep a try. It definitely feels like a big splurge in comparison to Timmies prices but it's a franchise and I would imagine it's the same prices across the city. Food here is gourmet, and it's now my go-to place for my favourite London Fog. Will continue to visit~
Honestly the best croissants I’ve had outside of France…ever. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and always get a tuna sandwich on a croissant and bring home a box of mixed croissants for the family.
HOWEVER I sadly cannot give this 5 stars solely based on the horrible service. Staff take absolutely forever to serve you and even when they do they tend to either look flustered / confused or bored / half listening.

Colour of food looks good but food was tasteless ,lack of flavours not even salty n spicy at all, saag was sour and bitter ( taste old ), cauliflower was oops far away from restaurant style , in kofta they add same bhaji pakora which supposed to be different and not taste of sugar and spice in it at all .

It’s disgusting watching them make your sandwich and touching all the handles, other peoples subs, garbage etc with gloves ON and they don’t even change them. No wonder we have a pandemic that’s never ending. They are rude and the bathroom was so dirty. I’m not coming back to this location ever again. Change your gloves everytime you touch handles, or the register!
Worst experience due to just one person. Online it says open till 10pm. Called in @9:40 pm. But the store person said we’re closed and the REASON: “ I have to close the store and go home” ??? Are you serious? People plan their dinner accordingly. I went at Shaan Tandoori with friends for the very first time and as we went inside there was no customer. First we thought, this is not a happening place but we want to take a chance and ordered Chicken Tandoori & Chicken Tikka. Although, it took some time to prepare the order but when it came, they didn’t make us disappointed. They have option to serve rice or bread with the order. It was yumm! Till that time entire restaurant was filled up and we were like our initial thought was wrong.
We asked them to take more orders but they told us to wait as it will take time to prepare as there are lots of occupied tables who are waiting fir their order. Thats the only thing which they need to improve. Taste was good and it was not that costly. Many orders were for take away also.

Tried a special du jour comes with a drink with 2 meat + 3 side dishes. They were super good. The staffs were super friendly :) will definitely come back again.

Fast service, friendly staff and fresh ingredients. The restaurant closed early on Monday and Tuesday at 6pm. Wish they put more sauce on the meat.
Nice spot. Bought 3x large pizzas for takeout for 7 adults and 4 kids. More than enough. Great value - very full pizzas.

Food was good as usual. But the service was horrible. I've never felt so disrespect in a restaurant before. Impatient workers. Felt like I was bothering them.
My wife and I decided to deviate from our usual Indian spot to a location that has been on our radar for quite some time now. We're very glad that decided to change it up tonight!
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff and service was attentive throughout.
We ordered our favorite dishes, butter chicken, beef bhoona and saag paneer, all of which were delightful nostalgic but with a subtle and noticeable difference. The flavours were rich but reminded me of true home cooking. The dessert, gulab jamun was just the cherry on top.
On top of this, location is easily accessible and parking was a breeze. The prices were very fair considering the increase in food cost and the awesome service. Not to mention, BYOB!

Montrealers love middle eastern food and I’m no exception. I’ve had my share of the delicious food from the usual quick spots like Boustan, Amir, Basha, Kebeh Kebab, and my favorite, Abu Elias. This spot supposedly stands a notch higher because they use higher quality ingredients. Grillades Torino(Laval), takes mall food to another level by grilling the meats right in front of you. I ordered the chicken and beef plate which comes with 3 choices, I picked white rice, brocoli and vegetables, and the fattoush salad as sides. The beef was unexpectedly tender and medium cooked to my request, was it a filet mignon cut? Sure taste like it. The chicken was also a hit, juicy and tasty. However, 2 sides orders were misses. Not sure if the cook had an off day but both, the brocoli & vegetables side and the fattoush salad, were very salty and inedible. Very fixable, just go easy with the salt. I will come back for the grilled meats.
Very friendly & quick service. The ham & brie is delicious while a great coffee machine and even better Barista make for a great cuppa.
Horrible restaurant. The owner stated that they do not accommodate people who do not eat pork and wouldn’t make an adjustment to a sandwich that I was ordering. She was incredibly word. We are a black couple and we feel this was racial motivated. She was rude the whole time. We just ended up leaving. DO NOT GO THERE! Supporting these type of businesses keeps them in business.
Absolutely good experience having lunch here. Foods are tasty and healthy. Crews are friendly. People come here not only for picking up a coffee or sandwich or cake but also having a short conversation with the crews like old friends.
Was surprised to see just one employee working, but she served 6 customers in less that 10 minutes ...awesome!
Awesome salads and pizza... and everything else he prepares. Fun place for a nice dinner out.
Overpriced food because it's considered extra healthy. Salads are ok, soups are good, coffee is fresh. Staff are helpful.
Just came from there and this how my sub came out. Rude employees, and awful service. Don’t recommend this location at all! Save your money and go to different subway
My last two experiences at this location earned them this overwhelming review.
Experience one: my wife and I walked In to order subs and were informed that we had to wait while the employee at the counter processed an UBER EATS order. The employee then made four sandwiches and rang up the order for a driver who wasn't even there to pick up the food. The employee then told us we'd have to wait until the order was paid for by the non-present driver. Ten minutes later the driver shows up and pays, then the employee asks what we'd like to order - REALLY?
Experience two: we walked back in here a month after experience one, the open sign was turned on and the employee was serving a customer. We waited our turn in line, the employee competed the first customers order then looked at us and said "sorry we're closed" I looked at them funny and said "You can't be serious, we've been standing here for five minutes" the employee responded with "So?"
We left disgusted, the employee did not lock the door or turn off the open sign and as we got into our car we sat there and watched the same thing happen to another customer 90 seconds later.
So Do not be deceived, because apparently their open sign being turned on does not mean they're actually open!
This location could learn a thing or two about customer service which is why they'll no longer be serving our family as customers.

Awesome food! Great menu and friendly service. We'll definitely be coming back here. I'd recommend this place to anyone that like fish and chips or Greek food.
The fresh breakfast wraps are delicious and the breakfast special is less than Timmies for a better quality product.
There are not many places around which you would like to visit, but this one is good. The restaurant is pretty big and old fashioned. The food tasty but not all items from the website's menu are available (less of seafood options and no steak). The portions are big especially as the plates go with soup or salad. You are already packed with salad and they bring you a plate which you can't embrace. I believe it is owned by a family and the chef will come to you and ask by himself whether all is good. The prices are not high, but reasonably priced for so much of food. The place is not crowdy, no internet or TV, so eat, rest and relax in the middle of that beautiful nature.
Food was good but the staff really need to get their stuff together. I ordered a foot long meatball, and after a meatball fell out of the sandwich into the counter in front of me, the staff member just stuck it back in like nothing happened. When adding vegetables, the staff member was at the bottom of a bin of tomatoes with tiny slices, and decided to finish those off instead of using the new bin next to it. I'm not saying it's that bad to do these things, but try not to do it in front of the customers.

the food is MICROWAVED!!! come on people. There is an older indian woman there who never wears gloves and handles quiches etc with her bare dirty hands.The only thing fresh there is the dam fruit cup that you cant afford.
