Coles Lakelands

I’m all up for chatting with my work mates, no issues at all. But when a customer has to look around for ages for help on self serve and no one is there because they’re chatting to each other and give you a blank judgy stare when eye contact is made… kinda just the normal Coles experience I guess. Oh well.

the service employee kirra was very rude and dismissive to me the entire time being served, i get it if you’re in a bad mood but don’t bring it to work and also her makeup was scary and unpresentable. not a good way to greet customers.

My husband and I were absolutely appalled by one of your staff members when shopping recently. We are regular locals at lakelands coles and all the younglings are joyful and friendly to us at check outs. When coming into cole's this week I was flat out ignored, and disrespected by a girl with black hair who I do not recognise as one of the usual sunny workers at lakelands. It was around the service desk at mid day, she stuck out like a sore thumb, rattled hair, makeup that looked like it wasn't washed off, just overall very very poor presentation. Listen we are older folks and understand it might have been a hard day, but there's no reason to treat us like we are inferior or are stupid. This could be the reason we switch to Aldi. i‘ve never been so shocked by how rude a worker could treat an elderly couple for asking a couple questions on the whereabouts of our usual products. Just walked off and never came back and started flirting with a male worker.

Use wanna go completely digital but don’t have decent reception or wifi in the completely concrete box the owners where to lazy to finish, not even paint, nothing against any employee there but whoever is in charge is a joke

We’re now limited to $50 withdrawals because they don’t carry enough cash. Place is always filthy and empty, staff stuff the bags to breaking point every time without fail. Do better

The staff here are amazing. Ask the guys working to pack the shelves always willing to show you what you are looking for not just point you where to go.

I bought this 1kg of mince 2 days ago and made mexican lasagne with it tonight. I have gone to bite into my slice and chomped down on this very hard piece of rock? I think it's rock because it certainly doesn't look like gristle. Beware people. You just don't know what goes into homebrand meats these days.
