Little Owl the Townhouse

We looked around the city for a small venue for our wedding and once we saw Little Owl the Townhouse we knew it was the place for us. They coordinated everything for us, right down to the cake. Flowers, DJ, photographer, everything is arranged. Amanda, the event planner they provided, is not only incredibly detailed, organized and on top of everything, but a wonderful person and we loved working with her. The day of the wedding, my niece was to perform a song for us and on the way to the venue her guitar was left in the trunk of the cab. Miraculously, the staff was able to produce a guitar for her within a 1/2 an hour. The food was wonderful and the wine and cocktails were paired well with what was served. The flowers and decor were magical! The wedding went off without a hitch, all due to the detailed planning by Amanda, the diligence of the staff and our day of coordinator, Alexandra. There's not one thing we would say could have been better. It was perfect in every way.

I was attending a friend's wedding shower and my heel broke. The managers of the event saw this happen, asked for my shoe size, and 5 minutes later came out with rescue flats for me. I never would have expected them to bring me new shoes to walk in, but between this and the EXCEPTIONAL service I'd give them 12 stars if I could.

Went for a wedding party... It was amazing. The intimate environment was surpassed only by the flavorful drinks and superb service. The dinner menu was great American menu and dining experience was an intimate and nice space.

We designed a tropical corporate event for Jet Blue last year, just before the pandemic. The space, located in Manhattan, is cozy and consist of 2 floors. The top is bigger than the bottom where you can find a kitchen and a bar. The venue is perfect for some gatherings < 70 people, and is really great for intimate /small weddings or bridal shower/engagement party. The Staff is amazing and welcoming.

Went there for a wedding reception. Appetizers were unique and very tasty. Staff mingled well with appetizers. Dinner tables set beautifully. Dinner choices was chicken or fish. Chicken was served hot and it was excellent. Staff attentive but not annoying. We ended the evening in the lower level first drinks and dancing. Enjoyed the evening. Venue was a perfect choice.

My photos DON'T do this gorgeous space justice. By all means, check out the website and their Instagram account. Such a customizable event space - from family affairs to corporate gatherings. Use all three floors or two or just one. Staff so warm, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. A West Village gem.
