Every TD Bank sets their own rules likely! The teller had the audacity to tell me that Notary is done by appointment only. Since when?! Can't wait to switch my business needs to a different bank.

This branch is even worse than 23rd Street. Have been waiting over 40 minutes to see a rep who is laughing and having fun with her customers. Abominable service. Incredibly unprofessional.

This bank is the worst when it comes to attending customers in a timely manner. There is one teller and another staff who chats away like there is no customer waiting in line. It is pretty unpressional and disgusting how they have customers waiting in line for such a long time. I would suggest gave more tellers on duty! Worst TD bank ever! TD bank Canada is by far the best!

The staff here are amazing and try their best at all times. Deborah and Suresh are amazing managers and the tellers are great. Michelle and Kevin are amazing and fast. Great store and staff always jolly!

Spent an hour at this branch yesterday trying to open a savings acct & make a deposit w/ Suresh. I was told I had to wait until the next business day to change the name on my acct, as the check was written in my maiden name. I was given no further information regarding proof of identity. Remember, we sat for almost an hour discussing this. The next business day, I show up to proceed w/ the transaction & change the name on the acct to match the check. Suddenly, I now need my old SS card w/ my old name on it. This is policy, understood. WHY wasn't this told to me yesterday during the HOUR we spent?? Now this is a wasted trip, wasted car fare, wasted time. I'll be taking my investment business to another bank, thank you very much.
