The pharmacists are complete rock stars. Very good, the maintain professional even when people are rude and don't discriminate.

Damn, is the pharmacy manager is an unhappy grouch. Probably shouldn't roll your eyes and sigh at your customers for asking a question about health. This was my first time in here, and again I'm reminded why I should stick to the places I would normally go to.

Today I learned that when you use the online refill form online on the Pharmasave website and select the pickup date and time, it doesn't mean it will be ready by then. That because (perhaps) no staff have checked the system regarding the order and (according to one rude staff at this branch) it takes at least 48 hours. Advice is to call before going or go to a different pharmacy.

Pharmasave was charging me 25% more for prescription drugs than Save-On. Yes, their dispensing fee is a bit higher but I didn't realize how much they were gouging me on the price of the drugs on top of that. Different pharmacies can and do charge different prices for regulated drugs.

In March 2023, I was offered a job by this pharmacy. Despite expressing concerns about working in the healthcare field, they assured me it was acceptable. Subsequently, upon contacting IRCC, I discovered their assurance was incorrect. Following their advice to submit a resignation letter, I did not proceed. When I later inquired about a position, they failed to respond, displaying a lack of professionalism.

I called first to check their post office open hours on Remembrance Day and the person on the phone actually walked to post office to check and letting me know. I went there to send a parcel to oversea and they told me I was supposed to do custom forms online before visit at the counter. I tried to do it on my little cellphone at the spot but I did not bring my glasses. Joanne saw me straggling and she stepped in fill the forms using the post office system. I really appreciate her effort to help me out. All of their cashiers, post office and pharmacy all departments staff are so nice.

I understand that working in the post office near Christmas must be stressful. However, it does not excuse bad behaviour. I was there this evening (Nov 25) to mail 2 small parcels for 48.00. Apparently it was a big inconvenience to the clerk when I asked to borrow a pen, she actually sighed out loud as she threw the pen at me. I sincerely hope you have a better day tomorrow, or perhaps customer service is not your best choice of career.
