The Park on Windy Hill Apartments

I just moved into a one bedroom apartment and believe the reviews! There are roaches , my carpet smelled like dog piss, ect. So much went wrong as soon as we moved in and my leasing agent Jenny was giving a run around. After maintenance man and leasing agents giving me the run around. Torrian (maintenance) came saw the issues and fixed them right away ! I truly believe if you have a problem ask for him. He didn’t walk out , he reply’s back , and fast at his job! I truly felt that he gave a damn to how our experience was then getting a paycheck. Also he’s amazing with animals ! So I give him 5 stars as far as the place I give it a 1.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lived there for a few years. Moved out a year ago. They are the absolute worst place I have lived at - hands down... ever. Small grace - Jenny and Anne were nice. Besides that, Darryl, is the worst person I worked with - on anything - and I believe he was or is an assistant manager there. There were drawers broken that were cheaply repaired, maintenance took off a door handle to get into the utility closet (or whatever it was) inside the unit and never put it back on, ceiling sounded like there was no padding to cancel noise from upstairs tenants (super loud) preventing sleep sometimes, mold in 2 separate places and I had a baby in the apartment - they acted like it wasn't a big deal and I could just wait when I went up to the leasing office and told them about it, I was told by the initial leasing agent there would be washer and dryer capability INSIDE the apartment (stackable or hookups) and there were none. I asked for verification on this before moving in over multiple calls and emails and was ignored, water leaked into my apartment on several occasions after heavy rain coming from my neighbor's apartment, spotted a viper in my breezeway and had to warn my neighbor with small children (yes, I called animal control), and it just constantly felt like I was just an ATM to extract money from and not a valued tenant.

If asked, I would never recommend anyone live here. It was the worst... I'm happy again now though, in a different place.

Melody was extremely helpful and courteous. Anytime I have any maintenance issues it is resolved in a timely manner. Jenny and the whole staff are attentive and great to work with. I recommend living here to anyone.

Brennan is an exceptional leasing agent. He made my family and I feel very comfortable as we toured the complex. Brennan was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. I’m excited to start our new journey here!

The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. My tour was great, I was taken to the apartment for the showing and then shown all of the amenities the property offers. I was blown away with how active the community was and how interactive the leasing office is with the residents. Everything was well maintained and very clean. I’m very excited to move in.

Melody and Jenny were very helpful. I do like the aesthetics of my apartment and I’ve understood hearing each other thru thin walls but the creaks in the ceiling are CRAZY loud and absolutely unacceptable. i would not recommend moving here if you value your sleep. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

I have been residing at The Park on Will Hill for close to a year now. A few months into my lease I noticed my dishwasher wasn't cleaning properly and was leaving a white haze on my glasses. I put in a couple maintenance tickets and maintenance tried a few different things to resolve the issue, but it just didn't help. They recently replaced my dishwasher and what a difference! I worked in property management as an assistant manager and I know how difficult it can be to replace appliances at times due to the budget. I just really want to give a shout out to the entire staff for helping me with this and making it happen. I especially want to give a shout out to the maintenance team. They are amazing and have come through every single time I have put in a maintenance request. I love their demeanor and I even enjoy waving and chatting with them when I see them on the property. I feel completely comfortable with any member of the maintenance team being in my apartment when I am not there and that is HUGE to me seeing as how I am a single female living alone. THANKS GUYS!!!
