District at Vinings

We've been here a little over 6 months and generally like everything. There are pretty walks you can go around the lake and everything. Everyone is pretty nice as well. One thing that drives me insane is the damn gate at the front. We've had so many instances where it just doesn't work, and people get backed up waiting to get home. Today it happened two times, where the keycards just completely stop working. The office was still open so someone from maintenance eventually came, but when there is a power flicker or any other issue the gate will just completely block you and others from getting in here. If it happens when the office is closed, good luck. You can put in a voicemail to emergency maintenance but I've done that before without getting any callback. The gate arm gets bent/broken pretty regularly, I'm positive others feel annoyed as well. We have to pay for Valet trash, but it isn't picked up consistently between the windows they say it gets picked up.
Overall its still a good place to live, but these other issues need to be addressed.

Just moved in. I’m loving my new apartment. The ladies in the office are super helpful. Amenities are great. It’s clean! And management is really involved in the community. Highly recommended!!!

I’m a new resident at The District and my agent Jasmine is the BEST! Additionally, I had a minor maintenance issue that had to be resolved shortly after move in and once maintenance came to resolve the issue, they were pleasant and efficient.

As a new renter, this process has been scary and stressful for me, but Ms. Jasmine King has been very helpful every step of the way. Any questions or concerns she answered with honesty and integrity . My lease has been signed and I can not wait to live here. I’ve been here almost two months and have been VERY pleased! My unit is perfect for me. Neighbors have been super friendly. My dog and I love to walk around both lakes on the property. Common spaces have been clean and comfortable.

Jasmine King is the absolute greatest! She made leasing a breeze and brings a lot of joy to the community. I love how she remembers me and stops to say hey while she makes her rounds on the golf cart. All around pleased!
