UPDATE : Thank you, Kingsboro apartment for replying to my review. I'm changing this review to a five star since you state that you will address the problem. My window overlooks the deck and it was very scary, fireworks being that close. You will also notice that the deck that you had powerwashed the past week is probably dirty again because of the fireworks show.
This place let's it's residents set off professional caliber fireworks from their parking deck in close proximity to other buildings. Isn't that dangerous and illegal?

Roger has been superb with the maintenance to say the least! Every time I have a maintenance issue, The time of response combined with the quality and efficiency of service is like no other. Love it here!!

Wow where do I start: Well I’d start by saying these apartments are FAR from Luxury. I do not know who’s writing the good reviews, but the negative ones are all true.
Approaching the apartments it is in a good location, right around the corner from the Lenox Mall. However, that is the only positive.
Cons: When parking I notice there was a car booted in the guest parking. This scared me because I’ve seen reviews about guest cars being booted.
As I was walking to the front I peeked into the pool area to find an empty outdated pool. Why is the pool empty? Another complaint that turned out true.
I approached the leasing center which was locked. There was a sign on the door stating they are operating outside of the apartment complex across the street. Also, there was a package OUTSIDE of the leasing office door. This was ANOTHER area residence have complained about. Someone can just walk by and steal your packages!
I walked across the street to their sister property. The leasing agent stated they are combining the two building into one complex. However, the individuals across the street will have to walk over to the other building if they need assistance from the office.
Fast forward to the tour. When I walked inside of the building it gave motel vibes. The walls were dirty, carpet was dirty and it smelled. The building is very old and it looks like they have not had an update in over a decade!
The unit I looked at was old and outdated. You’d expect a leasing agent to show you the best apartment they have in order to attract future residence but no, the unit was very outdated and unkept. Also, there were multiple units I passed by that wreaked of marijuana smoke.
You can literally rent another apartment in Buckhead for the same price or maybe less and receive a way more luxury experience. These apartments give poor. I highly DO NOT recommend. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Great place to live. I’ve been here almost a year and the location is perfect. Everything you need is within a one mile radius and the staff continues to wow me going over and above to ensure that I feel at home here. Maintenance request are handled immediately and the grounds are always clean. My apartment is huge and I spend my free time on my balcony which is my favorite spot in my apartment.
I have lived here since 2020 and I have had a great experience. The staff, from the administration to maintenance, are really nice and take care of any need that I have. Having the gym on hand has helped me reach my health and fitness goals. And it’s in a nice area. Can’t complain!
This apartment complex staff is not accommodating! I applied before was approved , got a offer letter and a hour later was told I needed a co -signer. I applied 9 months later only to get approved again but was getting error message when submitting documentation and instead of offering ways to assist I got a email that my application would simply be canceled. I’m now taking it personal and feeling discriminated against. This is hurtful and sucks
