As a queer woman who wanted to get a custom suit, I was at first a little nervous about how a fitting would go. Enter Pedro at the downtown San Francisco location. Pedro immediately put me at ease! He asked lots of questions with clear sensitivity to me being a women-presenting person and even offered valuable insight into all the customizations. Highly recommend this location and Pedro. I can’t wait for my suit!

I love the clothes I've gotten from Indochino and the service at the store has been spectacular. Everything is beautiful, well made and very fairly priced. The only reason I’m not leaving 5 is their online customer service could use some help. Every time they fix an issue, they act like they are doing me a huge favor when they are fixing a problem on their end.

I decided to get a custom suit from Indochino for my wedding because premade items just don’t fit me properly. The process was simple and my suite was promptly shipped. My pant were not made per our previous specifications but will be remade in time for our wedding. Jonathan W. was excellent. I want to recognize that. Thank you.

Easy to book online reservation for a fitting. The sale rep was more than helpful, and made sure I was satisfied. Definitely takes around 45-1 hour for a no rush fitting. They were realistic about the turn around time, 3-4 weeks. Looking forward to suit arriving now.

Jonathan, was great at his service and so helpful and knowledgeable. Which was amazing because I was so lost but knew i was in the right hands with him. I can’t wait to see what my suit looks like. I highly recommend him and this Indochino location to anyone looking for a suit.

Buyer Beware! I went into the store to get measured, waited patiently while the only staff member on duty triaged three other customers who had appointments at the same time, and received a suit 3 weeks later whose measurements bore no resemblance to my body. Tried to call this store for assistance and the voicemail was full. When I finally reached someone they told me they don’t do refunds and that I would need to drive from Oakland to their San Jose Store to be refitted! The same person told me that don’t guarantee that their custom-made suit would actually fit the customer. So basically it’s the same as buying a suit off the rack. Never again!

Just got fitted for a suit for my wedding and had a great experience. Would recommend!

My tailor was friendly, patient and informative. Took me through everything, plenty of choices to fully customize the suit to my liking. Suit shipped incredibly fast, I’m excited to try it on and wear it on the day
